Beschreibung: The Arrozal fuses traditional cookery with nouvelle cuisine. This satisfies all the needs of its cosmopolitan clientele. Its rice specialities (with a choice of 30 or so dishes) are the main attraction of this southern restaurant which is situated in a very select area surrounded by very elegant shops and deluxe hotels. Its very airy and open areas together with its large terrace is the place where tranquillity reigns and puts its diners at ease. Rachid Chantel Faouzi, who is at the head of the excellent team that has been around since its opening in 1997, takes great care over every dish. As examples here are some of our choices of favourite dishes; Russian crab salad (Chakka), the casserole rice with Carabineros (huge prawns) and boiled apples as well as the oxtail stew. The wine list gathers an elegant selection of canaries, riojaos and somontans.

¡Ai el caldoso de bogavantes! Cuando paseais por el Piramide de Arona hay que comer en el El Arrozal. Hay tantas restaurantes en las Americas que elegir, pero si os gusta el arroz hecho con mucha arte, entonces ya sabeis: el mejor arroz caldoso.
