Beschreibung: Hundreds of travellers, who arrive on Tenerife each year, know where they are going to eat. They are not easily confused with the many over sized restaurant offers that abound, not all being gold that glitters. Those travellers know already (or have trustworthy references), about restaurants such as the present one. From a gastronomic point of vies, Mamma Rosa is a synthesis of Europe, extracting the best flavours frm the Scandinavians, talking at length about riches from the Italic kitchen, sprinkling their menu with other French-Spanish Mediterranean versions. Whichever flavour route is thought about for the evening, it is difficult not to suggest something which is most deeply routed in their menu: exquisite snail gratin with health, creamy garlic butter, 'Soglioli waleuska' comprised of sole fillets in King Prawn and white wine sauce with salmon, crab and potato puree; 'Fileto Charlemagne' sirloin steak with a duo of mushroom and bacon gratin with béarnaise sauce.
