Beschreibung: We are inclined to define it as one of the best Canarian tables of Spanish cooking of always. It has a spirit of cordiality in which the brothers from Segovia (one of whom is the proprietor) are occupied in the dining room and the important functioning details, while the kitchen chefs, one from the Basque area and the other from Asturias, take charge of the satisfaction of the palate. An enviable aspect of this place is the relationship between quality and price, therefore it is no surprise that in a short time it is found to be packed full at the two meals of the day. Apart from the magnificent hams "Joselito" ( which are conserved in optimum conditions), they offer daily a rich roast lamb brought from Aranda de Duero. Mondays and Thursdays are noted for perfect pork from Segovia, other days, depending on what has been caught, they bring the best fresh fish, which arrive from Madrid. The wine cellar is of the same standard as the kitchen possessing the most significant wines.

Venimos a la tienda Delicatessen para comprar un par de botellas de vino, y miramos la carta del restaurante La Fresquera. Hace mucho tiempo que no disfrutamos tanto de una comida en un restaurante. El cordero es suculento y seguro que todo lo que tienen en el menú es igual de rico. Esta situado en El Camisón, ¡entrar!

¡La Fresquera es un muy buen restaurante, les recommiendo ir! Esta situado en las Americas, en el Camison. Es una mezcla de cocina tradicional canaria con un toque de la peninsula de cocina fina. Pescado fresco y buenos carnes. El jamon siempre el mejor, y unos vinos grandes. La ultima ves que fuimos estubimos toda la familia para el aniversario de nuestro matrimonio.

La Fresquera Restaurant in El Camison close to Los Cristianos and Las Americas, is one of our favorite canarian restaurants in Tenerife. They have a fantastic selection of tapas and meat. And we think the service in La Fresquera is maybe better than the famous Meson Castellano next door that is always full! Try it out next time you want something new!

WE WERE RECOMENDED BY OUR FRIENDS AT RESTURANT ROSSO SOL MARE THEY TOLD US TO GO. THAT WAS IN 2007 WE HAVE BIN 7 TIMES SINCE AND THINK THAT THE FOOD CHOICES AND WINE CELLAR ARE EXCELLENT.
