The tasca-cafeteria has a pure air, whilst for jovial conversationalists there is the bar area. Cristo Izquierdo, the chef, is a professional perfectionist and difficult to file under a concrete style, master of the traditional and nothing is without limit in the avant garde. From his hands come imaginitve and harmonious dishes such as the beef carpaccio with mushrooms and soft almagrote ice, he shows control in points of cooking with dishes such as the Iberian pork loin glazed with Palma honey, and shines with an unrestrained gastronomic will with the selection of cheese avialable to be carved at the table.
