Absolutely fab Salads!!! Really hard to find good salads, but these in Pipo Cafe are definitely worth a try. Lots of other nice stuff on the menu too... Going back very soon!

China Town is the best chinese restaurant in Tenerife. We have been coming to Tenerife for a very long time and have never had a bad meal, the food is always first class and the service and hospitality are next to none. We would not eat in any other Chinese restaurant on the island. Ugo and Mimi are fantastic hosts.

Lovely people, excellent service, superb food! I reccommend the chicken nepal. The naan bread was wonderful. Thanks to all the staff who made the night so special! I'll be back again and again.

we went to the azulon on the 21-12-11 for our wedding anniversary. The food and service is superb and you must try the tasting plate! The only thing is that you need a taxi to find it. It cost us 6euro from club atlantis apartments, peurto colon, las americas.

We visited tenerife for the first time at christmas and this restaurant was recommended to us.We ate there for breakfast,lunchtime and evening time on numerous occasions and the excellent food never disappointed.Also we noticed the same faces eating there time and time again.The staff were super friendly,always willing to please.I highly recommend this restaurant.

We tried 3 Indian Restaurants during our holiday but this is the best. Very nice owner, very good food and very cheap (it saves us 20 euro/night). Unbelievable that not many people discover this restaurant. We've eaten here at least 3 times - the best!

Hi, i have been many times to Tasca de mi Abuelo and the quality has always been superb, fresh and perfect, verything...and super nice and good service, nice atmosphere as opposed to the tourist restaurants, everybody i know who wants good spanish food have been super satisfied in this place.

We visited this non-touristic restaurant because of recommendations. However, it was big disappointment. Portion of tapas was very small compared to prices. The restaurant was only full of owners's relatives of friends (No other customers). Even toilet was reserved long times even though we were only paying customers. And finally our bill was not according to price list. They made up prices for few items. And of
course they charged dry and old bread which was brought without ordering it. We very too tired to complain and wanted to get out as soon as possible and paid this overpriced tapas meal.

To conclude, this place was awful and I cannot recommend it to anyone. This was first time I had to make review because of this poor quality

What a delightfull dining experience. Lovely staff welcomes you into the beautiful surroundings of the restaurant. The staff was very attentive and enganging. We thoroughly enjoyed The buda banquet a 5 course meal which comes with absolutely everything and that for such a great price only €29.95 p.p. We had a fabulous evening, thank you Oriental Garden and a special thanks to Huggie who was a great host.

Four of us had a meal here last Tuesday and I can say it was one of the best meals we have had in Tenerife I Had
the prawns in garlic starter and all four of us had the fillet steaks and they were all done to our requested
requirements we had a bottle of the house red then finished off with Irish coffees It is our last night in Tenerife

This is our first holiday in tenerife, and we were staying in las americas. We tried several restaurants before finding Embrujo, and we ate there 3 nights out of our 7 night stay.

The staff are great and very helpful, and the food was some of the nicest we've had on holiday before!

Next year we are planning to come back to the same hotel in tenerife and will definitely be spending a lot of evenings at Embrujo!

We visit Tenerife at least 4 times a year and this restaurant remains a firm favourite, the food is excellent coupled with a service that is second to none, nothing is too much trouble, and even the fussiest eater can be accommodated. My wife and I visited this lovely restaurant for the first time on February 28th not knowing what to expect. We had a drink there at lunchtime & were greeted by Michael and his pleasant attitude persuaded us to go for dinner that evening.Michaels wife was very attentive & we settled back & listened to the classical Italian music.
The restaurant is quite small & quiet but the food is excellent. The filet steak in pepper sauce or plain is superb. We visited a second time at lunchtime & again in the evening and once again the food was of the highest quality and taste.( lunchtime snacks are also very attractive & good value).
Although we prefer our restaurants to be a little more lively we cannot fault the food & presentation by Michael and his wife.

Look, lets face it, we go there because we are MEAT EATERS, this is the place to get the BEST steaks ( cooked how YOU like them ), the BEST atmosphere, the staff are amazing, the choice of cut is unreal. LONG LIVE the BEST :)

What a fantastic experience. Food terrific. Staff superb. Everything about the Mongolian BBQ was exceptional, even the immaculate toilet facilities. Will be a sure visit every time we're in Tenerife.

We just happen to run in here an hour before our shuttle bus to take us to airport...such a shame we discovered this gem on the very last day. The lady working there was very attentive and
friendly, food came quickly despite the time constraint, fresh drinks in funky glasses, the relaxed modern decor, the feel of the place...all was simply awesome. I highly recommend the Home Made Cheese Burger...my goodness, the best I have ever had and I crave for it daily! This place is not be missed!

I would just like to say Pepe the Manager and his staff were absolutely outstanding.
The food and service was first class and they also had to accomodate 23 people on our table. This is one of the best restaurants i've been in for a long time for not just the food but also the cleanliness and attitude of the staff.
We would have no hesitation in reccomending this to anyone you won't be dissapointed ....

My wife and I visited Alain on Tuesday 25 Oct 2011 and were extremely impressed. Welcomed with a complimentary Kir royale, the helpful waiter from Cordoba explained all the special menu in loving detail! Following another mini appetizer of vegetable consomme with tiny finger of bread stick and some other vegetable creation, we shared a seafood salad starter with foie gras and pretty triangles of toast. For mains we tried the medaillones of pork with pruneaux and veal slices in white wine and mushroom sauce, with immaculate sides of vegetables and other treats. All absolutely delicious! and well supported by a Marques de Caceres rosado wine. For desserts we tried the tarte au citron - best lemon meringue ever tasted! and the equally amazing cerises flambe. We had some excellent food in Los Cristianos, but this was just sensational and easily topped the list.

What an amazing experience. We really didn't know what to expect but were taken as a guest from a rep from Silverpoints, so many flavours, whether it's hot and spicy or mild. The freshly cooked food was beautiful, much better then the hot buffets you so often see. We will certainly visit you again next year when we come to Tenerife.

Just returned from tenerife again. We have visted loads of times but wished we had found this restraunt elier. We only found last year ate there 4 nights out of 7 last year & 3 nights out of 7 this year. I think that says it all. Not cheap but worth every penny Excellent steaks

We have been going to the Water Melon (at least 4 or 5 times in the two weeks which we spend in Tenerife) since it opened three years ago and will continuation to do so it's marvellous. Good value for money & very friendly

What a wonderful experience have visited Tenerife many times but this trip wanted my friends to taste real Canarian food and La Rambla (near the town hall) delivered excellent local food,only small we sat outside in a lovely leafy lane menu was limited but the Canarian Chicken,potatoes with mojo,salad and plenty of local housewine was lovely and all for £60 for 4 people. Deserves a visit.

We enjoyed three great nights at the restaurant,but were particularly impressed with the great vocal talents of the Italian singer and the wonderful playing of the saxophonist. With respect they could pack bigger and more suitable venues and are worth a visit anytime. Only trouble is, I don't know their name and I understand they have just brought out a CD. Any ideas please?

Third year running we've visted this restaurant, a couple of times during the holidays, it ransk with the best Indian food we've tasted, in fact its my partners favourite!
Ypu have to search for it but its well worth the effort. Thanks guys for more superb food, can't wait to visit next year.

Just had two amazing weeks in Tenerife, Sunset Bay complex ,Torviscas, Adeje. While I was there I popped into a new bistro just off the complex called The Admiral Nelson Bistro and Bar. The staff are extremely friendly and pleasant and always made us feel at home and welcome and remebered our names after the first visit and always stopped to speak and have a chat when we were passing. The food served there is really to die for everything is freshly made and delicious. If you are going try the sizzle plates as they are fantastic and leave you wanting more. The aberdeen angus steak is also fantastic and you would not belive the homemade beer battered onion rings. It is a little off the beaten track, just back from the sea front in Sunset Harbour, but well worth looking for if you are in Tenerife as it is a real gem of a place.

Just returned from 2 weeks in tenerife and we ate at this restaurant 3 times. It is reasonably priced, very clean and the staff very friendly. My favourite meal is no longer on the menu, but the chef will still cook it for me ! Over the years we have eaten here often. My favourite restaurant in Tenerife!

This is a wonderfull place to be at lunch or for dinner. The owners are very kind people, very helpfull and always ready to give you a pleasant evening or lunchtime.

We ate here on the recommendation of visiting friends, we sat on the terrace in comfort, 6 of us all had a fantastic quality meal the service was great with very friendly staff, the prices were very fair and we all had a great evening, We certainly will visit again and would recommend this restaurant to anybody.

Went to this restaurant for the first time in Junethis year, absolutely loved it. We had a variety of dishes , all were fantastic especially the steak. Cooked to perfection. Went back in July and were not disappointed. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough!

El caserio is a typical small restaurant on the top of a small slope at the end of a street full of restaurants, with a view at a nice square. When you enter the restaurant it breathes the spanish
atmosphere. Small, wooden tables, and walls filled with typical reliqs and paintings on the wall. In the kitchen you'll find mama and as a waiter and owner you'll find papa. Mama and papa have been working for the previous owners (grandpa and grandma) for numerous years. When you are seated, and have a first look at the (recently modernised) menu, (it recently was
handwritten) you see a great varaty of traditional spanish dishes. Froma paella to zarazuela, from prawns to and numerous of tapas. The main dishes are divers and all super. Every bite is a feast in your mouth. The meatdishes are large, the fish dishes are great .
I have been to this retaurant with my family for about 11 times. Every time has been a great experience.
And... Al for great value. Cheaper as most of the restaurants in las americas and los cristianos, but much, much better quality.

Zena is great again.After few months of lowdown they have great kitchen-master ( I think ,the same as he was before lowdown) and old good waiters equipe.Worth a visit again.Really!

Best place to eat in los cristianos, just up the road from aguamar where we stayed. Excellent food nice friendly service and good wine. I´d have to say it´s a bit more expensive than other places in it´s area but we thought it was worth it.

Wir haben dort am 19.08.11 wirklich sehr gut gegessen.
Der Service war aufmerksam und freundlich, das Restaurant unheimlich gemütlich, sauber und mit einer fantastischen Aussicht auf des Meer. Am Abend sah man das Lichtermeer von Puerto.
Wir können hier eine ganz klare Empfehlung aussprechen.

Parece que ultimamente ha habido un cambio en el menu... Habiamos reservado una mesa que era demasiado pequeño para la cantidad de gente, y cuando trajeron los platos gigantescos (tamaño de una pizza familiar), literalmente quedamos sin espacio.. Habiamos venido especialmente por las tapas, al final las habian reducido en poquisimos y acabamos comiendo otros entrantes... Una pena...

Sin embargo, la comida estuvo muy buena, el servicio un poco caotico pero habia mucha gente esa noche así que no podemos quejar de eso. La fiesta de carne para dos personas es gigante!! Y buena!!

My family and I ate here afew days ago and we were pleasantly suprised with the range of food they had to offer. Other than Pizza and Pasta that you may only experience in an Italian restaurant, they had fresh fish, Steak, Chicken and various vegetarian dishes.
Beautiful decor of the restauarant and all of the staff were extremely friendly and upbeat.
we will absolutely be back to this restuarant. Fantastic food, great service and good value for money!

We had dinner 3 times at Gran Reserva Steak House , and enjoyed it each time, the waiters were very attentive and and friendly, the steaks were mouth watering cooked to perfection, as were all the dishes we had there as a family.

I love everything about this restaurant and so am looking forward to going again soon. The goats cheese seasonal salad is mouth watering, and the lamb cutlets are divine. Love the extra touches here too where you are treated to a large glass of complimentary cava to start to accompany a canape. Then to end the meal you are invited to a drink of your choice. Great service, great food just brillant.

I have visited El Sol on numerous occasions over the years and the standard of food has remained high. The staff are very friendly and I would recommend the house speciality of Chicken L'Arlisienne, it's excellent!

Slightly elevated above the street and looking down towards the sea, the atmosphere is great.
The chairs are comfortable and the menu is very extensive.

We loved this restaurant so much that we kept going back again and again and every dish we tried was superb!

One of the hardest things to do at this restaurant is to decide what to eat! There are so many tasty-sounding starters, pastas and main courses to choose from and they are all a different class from the standard food offered in most restaurants attached to beach-resorts! In particular, the quality of the food was top-notch and easily far above anything else available in Costa Adeje. In fact the quality of food served was of Michelin-Star standard and what you would expect to find in the finest London restaurants!

The speciality of the restaurant is a fillet steak from the "Heart of The Fillet", hence the restaurant's name and they really are superb quality steaks, cooked to perfection. But, in addition to the great choice of steaks, there are so many more things to choose - great pork fillet, chicken and pasta dishes - they have a menu on their web site that gives a reasonable idea of what's on offer, but in reality, the menu is far more extensive: http://www.caprirestaurantgroup.com/coeurdefilet/index.htm

But it's not just the choice of food that makes the restaurant so great - the delivery of amazing food with top quality accompaniments and presentation make for a great meal.

Amongst other things that we enjoyed....To start, the bruschetta with prawns, fresh mushrooms and tomato marmalade stood out - big prawns, wild mushrooms including Chaterelles and a slightly sweet tomato with a hint of chilli and garlic! My wife thought the creamy saffron risotto with prawns was divine!
For a main course, the pork fillet with mustard, mushrooms and cheese was outstanding - some of the tastiest and most tender pork fillet I have ever had! The star of the show, though has to be the very-reasonably-priced Chateaubriand. If you like good quality beef/steaks, this is to die for - served with an array of side accompaniments and several sauces and hand-carved/served at the table for that extra special touch!


The wine list is very extensive and caters for all regions of Spain. We tried some local Tenerife white wines, but really enjoyed the fine Ribero Del Duero red wines!

The final thing that made the meal perfect was the service! Absolutely perfect and meticulous from start to finish! On each occasion, we were served by the Head Waiter, Victor and he made sure that every single aspect of our dining experience was as enjoyable and pleasurable as possible. He went that extra mile to do things properly and to make our dining experience extra special!

The food is not expensive - it's maybe €1 per person more than the other similar restaurants, but given the quality, it is much better value. A three-course meal for two (excluding drinks) was around €70-€80!
The wine/drinks are a similar price to other restaurants, but if you want some outstanding wines, you can expect to pay quite a bit, but that's par for the course!

We went to seven or eight different restaurants in Costa Adeje and this was easily the best in every single way!
We look forward to going back again soon!!!

The food was very good and cooked precisely as we liked it. We were well looked after by very attentive and efficient staff. The restaurant enjoys idyllic views over the Ocean and is a must-visit for good quality food!

Poor food and rubbish service!

We had quesadillas that didn't have any cheese in them!!!!!
They gave us a Margarita made with, lime cordial and crushed ice - awful.
The fajitas were OK, but were bland - the flavour tasted like a chicken stock cube!

The service was awful - we had this Chinese waiter hanging around by us - we asked him some advice on what was in a prawn-based dish and what flavour it was.....he said 'don't know' and went to ask someone else - fair enough I guess. When he returned, he said 'it's prawns, yes' and that was all he knew!!!!!

We ordered some white wine, which arrived with a warm rapid-ice wrapped around it - no ice bucket etc. to keep the wine chilled when it was 30+ degrees!!!

The restaurant compared equally to others price-wise, but we would say it was poor value, given the lack of food-quality or authenticity and awful service. It was our least favourite of the holiday by some distance!

The ONLY good thing about the restaurant is its location - overlooking Fañabe beach and the sea, but given that there are dozens of places with the same outlook, it's not much of a plus!

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT A NICE MEAL!!!

This restaurant is runned by a local Spanish staff who work here for many years. We come here for many years and are almost a part of their inventory now...
Indeed, the T-bone steakes are to die for, but also the daily fresh fish is great.
To be honest everything you order here is great.

We visited this restaurant twice while on Holiday in Tenerife, and both times were greeted by the staff as if we had been lifelong visitors.

The food is adequately priced, and absolutely delicious - as per the previous review, the Stroganoff is excellent.

The location, setting, views, atmosphere, everything created a perfect night out for myself and my wife.

Certainly one we would visit again, a great restaurant in Tenerife!

(20/07/11) on recommendation from a hotel rep and hotel receptionist. And it did not fail. The 3 course meal on offer for €9.95 was well worth the money. We have the chicken in mushroom sauce as a main, tomato soup as a starter and the home made apple strudel for dessert. The main meal accompanied by home made fries and we ordered a mixed salad as well, it was more than we could handle. Lovely quiet restaurant, we thought it was outstanding. All in all, we spent €29.20 for 2 x 3course meal, a mixed salad, and 2 drinks. Worth another visit!

After spending a delightful week in Costa Adeje, but with disappointing hotel food, we decided to go out for a meal one evening. We chose this Restaurant and had an absolutely superb meal and fabulous service. I had steak and my partner had fish and we both thoroughly enjoyed our food and would recommend this establishment to others.

I found out Malibu Restaurant while I was going back from Aqualand Park. That's a pity it's a little bit hidden because I had a great dinner with my friends there. The cuisine is various, even though especially Italian. I recommend you to taste Italian homemade food, really delicious and genuine... at last it seems as if you are in Italy! I went back there another time to buy take-away food. The service is very kind and helpful. I'll return again for sure.

Amazingly Beautiful Restaurant with the best views.
When we arrived at Tenerife, we waited so long for our cases we couldnt help but miss the poster for this restaurant. Two days into our holiday we found it on a walk me and the wife were taking around lunch time. We had some sushi, then we had some more sushi! THen a little bit more to be honest. I have never tasted sushi so fresh, and the rice was so amazing. It never stopped there, we were greeted my the most friendliest of staff, Thanks Gareth. We Booked for our last night, we had the table Gareth recommened, the one with the most amazing view at night. That has to be one of our most memorable nights we had.

It is unespected, but in Valle San Lorenzo you can find the Paradise! Great food, tasty italian pizza and pasta, lovely staff, nice atmoshpere and huge garden, perfect for children to play while parents eat. I can only say, try Dolcetto once and you will try it over and over again.

I have visited Placeres twice now, the food fantastic (the scallop starter is to die for)and the level of service is second to none. I highly recommend this wonderful restaurant.

have been to ghandis numerous times. the food is excellent and plenty of it the service and pricesvery good.its our first stop every time we go to tenerife. it is not on the front but is situated under the santa maria hotel in torviscas. it isd used by lots of people who live in the area so speaks for itself. food is excellent cant wait for next visit in november

Starters OK but the main courses we tried we're terrible. Chicken enchilladas were tasteless parcels of flaked chicken with no hint of flavouring, the king prawns were a complete rip off at 18 Euros for 5 prawns and no accompanying vegetables. They also charged for the torilla chips and guacamole which were thrust on to out table when we arrived without our asking. Would definitely not recommend a visit.

Went here on recomendation and was excellent. Couldn´t ask for better service or better food. Nice friendly staff and deco was very warm and welcoming! WE shall be back this x-mas!

visited in June with another couple and 2 young children. Pleasing, modern decor and nice atmosphere. We sat out side which was lovely as the children could watch the fountain in the centre below which has lights and moves to music in the evening. The food was fantastic, we all had starters and mains and deserts, no one had any complaints, the children had pizza shaped like a rabbits head and pasta which they loved. The spicy red pepper pasta is highly recommended as were the pizzas. The bill was very reasonable, indeed we would not have been surprised if it had been quite a lot more.There was also a singer to entertain the diners.Overall highly recommended, we will be returning the next time we are in Tenerife.

First time in Tenerife and we were advised to try Bianco. 8 of us went for 3 course special and then visited later in the week for evening meal. The food was delicious, the staff were superb and the price was very reasonable. We were even given a restaurant guide and advised of other places to eat.

This place is a disgrace. After they manage to talk you in (hounding you every night if you walk past there door) once you are sat down at there table then that’s where the service ends.

We went for our last meal here, it was terrible. Where do I start? I thought that all restaurants given that with the current climate, businesses should be really making an effort with all customers at Margarita – Tenerife that wasn’t the case.

The waitress was very rude. She couldn’t even understand why its manners to give the menus to the ladies that are at the table first. Don’t get me wrong, we are no “posh” diners, however, surely that’s the basics. My Dad made a comment about it, when the waitress said “First lesson, never be rude to the waitress” At this point we should of left.

We ordered our food. Then the following happened.

1) Garlic Bread was sent out with a cooked fly in it. (This was returned)
2) Potatoes were luke warm, and disgusting!
3) I asked for a baked potato with my meal. One was sent out covered in Mayonnaise ! What if I had an allergy to it ! This went back.
4) I waited over 10 minutes for a new jacket potato to be sent. Finally it came out. Cold, and ROTTEN!!! It’s smelled terrible.

This was then sent back to with the waitress who also smelt it and moved her nose away. I said I didn’t want anything else.

The bill came, and it was approx €77 !!!!!!

I went inside to pay the bill, and passed comment on the jacket potato. I was almost called a liar. As the manager (lady) said she tasted it, and it was fine. Even the waitress that had taken it from me said to her it was fine. I was very embarrassed; I was made to feel I was making a fuss about nothing. I just wouldn’t do that.

This place is disgusting. I have managed to pass this to many other people on the Island. Including lots of business people that our family knows.

Surly they need to make a better effort with customers. I am not asking to be treated like royalty. But with respect, and defiantly not to be made out to be lying about my meal.

My advice is to stay clear of the Margarita. They want your money. Nothing else. BAD FOOD !! BAD SERVICE.

My final advise would be to keep waking past. No matter how nice the people are – or the music that’s being played………. Head down the hill for the Oyster Catcher or the Mongolian BBQ ! Both great places with great people, and fabulous food.

We have a place in Tenerife and visit more than once on every stay! the food is fresh and always cooked with passion and care. The staff are very friendly and make you feel very welcome. I proposed here and the staff made the occasion even better that what could be expected by providing a rose and a bottle of champange straight after the proposal. They also took running pis of the whole thing without being asked. Fantatic! thanks guys!

We visit this tapasbar every vacation and we like it a lot. Very good and fresh foods. A geat choice of tapas, which tastes delicious!!! The owners are very friendly and the staff is very nice. We recently stayed in Tenerife, and ate at El Greco on 3 of our 7 nights. The food is wonderful, and service warm and friendly: we felt like the only guests in a very busy restaurant (special thanks to the lovely Thomas).
I ate the fillet steak in garlic sauce, and my husband opted for the mixed Souvlaki: both choices were out of this world!!!!
We are hoping to return this July, and look forward to visiting El Greco again. Wonderful experience!!!

What a fantastic restaurant, not only dose it look stunning but everything about it is out of this world, my
wife, i and 5 friends had one of the best meals i think we have ever had. from the second we arrived we
where met by the superbly friendly host. The cocktails created by the lads behind the bar where second to
non, the young man singing with the piano was such a nice accompaniment to the night, then on to our
table the waiting on staff all running around busy but we where all made to feel welcome and you got a
fantastic sense of warm friendly atmosphere witch just put us all at ease. everyone had the fillet stake
witch came highly recommended by sum friends, and what a recommendation cooked to perfection a
delight to the eye and the taste was out of this world one of the best stakes i think i have ever had. I must
take my hat off to this restaurant, to the owner the manager and to the staff truly stunning, keep up the

The manager was very friendly as well as the owner. The food was very good as suggested, the best prawn puree me and my wife have tasted. The only downside is that they are not based in Lancaster otherwise we would definately be there

Nach mehreren Aufenthalten auf Teneriffa können wir beim Tasca Tierras del Sur von einem Geheimtipp sprechen. Mit nur wenigen Plätzen schaffen die Inhaber eine herzliche und sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Der Service ist sehr herzlich und sehr persönlich. Wer es mag, Land und Leute kennen zu lernen, der ist hier richtig. Die Tappas waren sehr vielfältig und von ausgezeichneter Qualität. Die Weinauswahl mit guten einheimischen Tropfen hat uns wohl geschmeckt. Das hausgemachte Dessert mit Bananenkuchen, warmem Schokoladekuchen und Bananenpudding war ein gaumenschmaus. Ein Abstecher in das Dorf lohnt sich unbedingt. Von Las Americas oder Costa Adeje nur ca. 20 Minuten entfernt. Wir hatten mit der ganzen Familie einen wunderschönen Abend.

Great food, coming here since the day it opend. Loving the new entrance. On the hotplate with Cheng, always good food, great staff well looked after for and also great for a Take away. Never ever had a bad meal in there or had to wait to long and it is always very busy. Top resataurant, highly reccomended.

Food was lovely. Staff very helpful and welcoming, except for the waiter who took our order.We got vegetable instead of chicken pakora, and when we asked for it to be changed he re-appeared and was practically wagging his finger in my face saying I had ordered veg pakora. Strange how the chicken pakora arrived within a minute or so of us querying it? Think they maybe got our order confused with another table. Pity, as we would definitely have returned with several friends in tow. Plenty other really good restaurants in PDLA, so won't be going back to that one!

We have been to the restaurant Zena with the whole family in February, and had an excellent dinner! I do not agree with this review underneath at all. The homemade pasta is delicious, especially the Fruto del Mare! The sallad is sprinkly fresh and the service is perfect! Will certainly come back next time for our holidays in Tenerife. We had a truly stunning meal here in April 2011. Everything was just super - the setting , the service & the
divine food. My only gripe is we only discovered it on our last night in Tenerife!!! It was not just the best dining experience of our holiday but one of the best in ages. The menu is a contemporary Asian based offering with great ingredients & skilful cooking & presentation. Can't really praise this place enough really! It isn't a large restaurant so reserving seats would be advised however if u can't get a table, I must also say that the standard of most of the surrounding restaurants in la Caleta is quite high - it's definitely the local foodie haven.

Had a super meal here April 2011. 2 excellent seafood & 1 steak dish - all very happy. Portion sizes are large tho so coming hungary is recommended. Lovely setting right by the ocean with the sound of waves booming off the rocks just a few feet below. Service also friendly & efficient. Big thumbs up. Also ate in some other restaurants in la caleta
& found standard of restaurants in this area above average.

It is sorry to tell but Zena WAS a good restaurant.More or less on december they changed Chef kitchen and food became uneatable.Taglitta is a kind of joke,all pastas are too salty,only salads are likely more or less the same as in the past.I loved this place before,but i will not go there anymore.You do not either!

We had dinner April 2011, setting is lovely by the ocean as is the dining space. The staff were efficient & friendly. However we all found our meals to be quite bland, especially the mains. Also my 2 companions felt the meat was undercooked (lamb & steak) It was also the most expensive restaurant we ate in by about 30% or more so that was quite disappointing. They also played pretty dodgy music. On the plus side portion sizes were okay.

If you're a fan of Italian cooking, and let's be honest the Italians really do know how to prepare good food, especially for lovers of the Mediterranean diet, then you have to visit Cocktail Art Bistrot as soon as possible.

Cocktail Art Bistrot is a bar and restaurant ideal for relaxation.  Delightfully classy decor designed with an oriental touch and complemented by chillout music, it benefits from being located in a hidden spot, bringing back memories of La Caleta in years gone by.

Italian born Michele and Marilena opened this delightful eatery in the very picturesque harbour in La Caleta just a few months ago, having spent a number of years in New Zealand.  They have created an atmosphere conducive to relaxing over great food, with good friends and very good wines. 

This restaurant is for gourmets, you will not find one single pizza on the menu.  But you will find mouthwatering Italian starters which make the most of cheeses, salamis, fresh mussels, clams and scallops, garlic, olive oil and sauces.  Forget run of the mill pasta, when you sit down at the table in this particular restaurant your taste buds are in for a real treat.  Cocktail Art Bistrot really comes into its own when it comes to homemade pastas which are created with passion. They could be sauteed with sardines or served with wonderful sauces which melt in your mouth and conjure up images of parts of Italy you may not have visited but have probably dreamt of.  

Also on the main menu is a mouth-watering range of fresh cod, salmon and veal dishes, and all, we are delighted to report, are at prices which will not damage your bank account.  Their VIP menu offers select diners some excellent dishes including for starters Puff Salmon and Caviar, and Tongue in Green Sauce, and for main course, live Lobster cooked to your liking.  Why not try a delicious Champagne and strawberry risotto, or even Greek Granseola, and complement your meal with fresh vegetables or a choice of fresh crispy salads including Greek and mixed Italian varieties.

We ordered the specialty of the house and it was delivered to our table as RAW meat that needed to be cooked at our table on a hot plate, which they provided. While cooking the RAW meat the owner´s son rushed to our table and abruptly shutoff the hot plate and then scolded us for cooking the meat. Keep in mind that our ages range from 52 to 71 years old, we are not children. He stated, in a very nasty and rude tone to us, that the hot plate was only to be used to warm the meat.

I don´t know about you, but none of us eat RAW meat and when I say RAW, I mean it was completely RAW with blood dripping from it. The owner´s son used such body language, force and rude language with us that we can only surmise in our collective opinion is that the degree of arrogance and hatred conveyed to us by the owner´s son coupled with the attitudes of the rest of the staff make this a place to avoid at all costs.

In a nutshell, Perfection. We're staying for two weeks in Golf del Sur and we were starting to worry that there was nowhere decent to eat around here. After some digging this restaurant appeared to have a good reputation so decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed! The food, service, ambiance and views are all excellent, and the waiter even gave us recommendations of other good restaurants in the area that he eats at! Thank-you for a great evening, I'm sure we'll be back.

Worst indian I've ever had. Have dined in varios indian restaurants both on the island and outside. Could not savour any difference between curry chicken and chicken korma!!

I eat chinese all the time, and was expecting this restaurant in las americas to be same as the others ive tried previously, cheap and cheerful, but I was pleasantly surprised. Will be going back again, for sure!

Amongst the most outstanding establishments in one of most carateristique part of the islands here brushstrokes of elegance dominate. The success of this "ristorante & Lounge Bar" is justified with weighty arguments: on one point two refined proprietors coinciding (admirable PRs) cooks who keep up their skills when the rhythmn accelerates, vocational waiting staff, an internationally awarded cocktailer.

There are two menus: one is a wide and substantial selection of Italian dishes with a mixture of rich starters and pasta, fish and meat main courses. The other VIP menu, simple, moderately creative with wonderful Mediterranean dishes.

Last night we lived one of our best night ever. We saw casually this precious restaurant&cocktail bar. Is located in a beautiful area close to the beach.
we could enjoied a delicious Italian dinner. The food was made, for sure, with high qualitative products.
The atmosphere was romantic and friendly..
I wanna really thank the chef Michele Sari and all the lovely staff.

I have visited the Clubhouse restaurant in Los Gigantes several times and had a fantastic evening every time...the food from the grill is superb and always served pipping hot...the salad is always dressed to perfection and is never just a bit of garnish!
The live music is what first attractied me to the venue, and the bands are superb, I am a lover of blues music mainly and follow the Traveller Blues Band, they are resident here, and have really made it their home, with a great
light show to go with the full on Blues sounds of Chicago...The best night out can be had at the Clubhouse, this little secret in the hills of Los
Gigantes....

Last February we stayed for a week in Tenerife and went twice to this wonderful restaurant. The food was excellent and the service also friendly and warm. The view from the second floor was fantastic and both times we felt really good after visiting this nice restaurant. We will certainly visit this restaurant again and look forward to it.

This pizza restaurant in Alcala is a quick walk away from the newly opened Palacio de Isora up the other end of town. They serve gorgeous home made pizzas - all at a cheap price.

Went here for a nights meal after sampling the many bars in alcala, and we both ordered medium pizzas as we weren't overly hungry...but when they came out, we couldn't finish them, they were huge!

I went for the meat feast, and my partner had a simple cheese and tomato pizza, the meal was delicious from start to finish. The chocolate tiramisu is highly reccomended for dessert.

If you're looking for a good place to eat in Alcala, you can't go wrong with Sarabanda for their pizzas.

we tried most of the restaurants in the Safari centre but El Greco was the most professional, enjoyable and friendliest of all we had tried.
The Steak and Souvlaki we ordered deserve special praise fior taste and quality and we most definitely will be going back again

We had a great night at Botanico. Danielle received us and led us to our table and from then to our leaving we were very well looked after. The food was excellent and with authentic Asian flavours. Sally and the other staff were very attentive without being intrusive.

I visited this restaurant in January, as a lone female diner. I was treated with great friendliness and consideration.
I had a King Prawn Thai curry which was delicious. The service was attentive and the waitress was helpful and chatty.The decor and table settings were also beautiful which added to the experience. It was fairly expensive but even so I would go there again when I'm next in Tenerie.

Recently visited restaurant 88 in la caleta. An amazing
experience all round. Superb Asian cuisine with super
professional service. A must for all sushi lovers and those
wanting to try out some of the best Chinese food I've ever

One of the best resturents I did visit at
Tenerife. Now after we have been there 4 years in a row this place is always the first we go to.

We (my self and my Husband) visited this
beautiful small and very welcoming restaurant in
November of last year 2010...we drove around
Vilaflor cold and hungry after a long day
traveling. We found this tiny unassuming place
which from the outside didn't look like much but
the inside told a very different story. We were
welcomed with a huge amount of warmth. The logs
burning in the corner of the room helped
enormously.
The food was traditional to Spain and fantastically well cooked and presented.
The host is a lovely lady who couldn't do enough
to for us.
I would highly recommend this beautiful place to
anyone who doesn't want to eat chips, pie and
peas, or sausage and mash.
What a treat it was and a lovely memory to have.
Next time we're in Tenerife we will most defiantly go back there.

Bianco duo, a restaurant in los cristianos, doesn't dissapoint. If you've already visited the other Bianco, another great place to eat in las americas, you'll know what to expect, this restaurant mirrors the style and service.

With a wide range of food on offer, this Italian in los cristianos is absolutely spectacular in terms of quality and service.

Highly reccomended.

I went on a girly night to Sama Sama recently, and for eating out in los cristianos it doesn't get much better.

We regularly go out to eat weekly in los christianos and we were very happy with the service, and the quality of the food at Sama Sama.

The bar itself provides the best Mojitos we've ever tasted. Defintely one to visit again

Me and my girlfriend visited restaurant Thai Botanico in the Safari Center Playa las Americas last Friday, and it was so good I brought a foreign tour operator for a business lunch today!
This is by far the best Thai restaurant in Tenerife. It is run by Rob and Neil who for many residents in Tenerife is known from running restaurants like Bianco, Teppanyaki and also previous Slow Boat in Puerto Colon. Our first visit was evening time, and I must admit the settings were perfect for a romantic evening. Food was lovely, but also the great service and hospitality made a great evening. Restaurant Thai Botanico has to be visited while in Tenerife!

This was a great find. Service was outstanding and quick
enough but not rushed. We had Chinese food which is
some of the best we have had anywhere. We went back to
sit at the Teppanyaki table a couple days later. Which is
good as the Chinese if not better.

The only negative part was we didn't find it earlier.

Went here with Mum & Dad and my sister, and the food was very very nice, and the restaurant itself was lovely!

The Great Little Italy is a great restaurant while on holiday in Costa Adeje Tenerife! We stayed at hotel Bahia Del Duque, and found this restaurant while walking along the coast. As you have mentioned in the restaurant description, we really enjoyed the Viking pasta with salmon and prawns...mmm! Little Italy in Fanabe is a great Italian restaurant in Tenerife!!

We have been to restaurant Gran Reserva Steak House in Fanabe 2 times, and it is our favorite steak house in Tenerife! Both me and my husband think their grilled steak is to die for:-)

Restaurant Masia del Mar in La Caleta is absoulutely fantastic! This is my favorite fish and seafood restaurant in Tenerife. The outdoor terrace overlooking the Atlantic is the place to be when the sun sets. They serve the freshes of seafood, and you can pick yourself and they will prepare it to your liking. La Caleta in Adeje is a great place for other restaurants as well.

We ate here 3 weeks ago when we were on holiday in Tenerife. My parents wanted to find a sushi restaurant in Tenerife, and this came highly reccomended by friends who had visited before. This excellent asian restaurant in Las Americas is located just above the water fountain and right next door to biancos, an italian restaurant.

I didn't have the sushi, but my parents did and they said it was exceptional. I stuck with normal chinese food, and that was nice too.

Would definitely return for another meal when we next fly to tenerife!

This restaurant in Los Cristianos is a delight to eat at - we visisted here the other night with family, and we were expecting a high standard, having been to the other Bianco Restaurant recently too.

Suffice to say, we weren't dissapointed. The food on offer was delicious, and since we live in Los Cristianos, we didn't have far to travel to the Restaurant itself. The bar area is great for relaxing for a pre or after dinner drink, and despite a previous reviewer saying it wasn't cheap, I don't feel it was overly expensive either. 5/5 from me!

Visited restaurant Meson Castellano in Las Americas last night and it was absolutely fantastic. This is by far our favorite spanish restaurant in Tenerife!

Wij vinden dit geen goed restaurant. De vegetarische lasagne was duidelijk een diepvriesproduct, dat in dit geval van binnen nog niet volledig ontdooid was, hoewel de schotel zelf gloeiend heet aankwam. De witte wijn werd opgediend in nog warme, net afgewassen glazen, en de wijn zelf was ook lauw. De gegrilde sardines, waren meer graat dan vis. Dit kun je een klant eigenlijk niet aanbieden. Ober en vrouwelijk personeelslid kregen openlijk ruzie. Later ging het weer beter want ze stonden elkaar (in het restaurant!) te zoenen. Het was een sfeerloos restaurant met slecht eten en slechte bediening. Het gratis drankje aan het einde van de maaltijd maakte dit echt niet goed. Wij begrijpen niets van de goede beoordelingen,op grond daarvan waren wij hier gaan eten. Trasmallo is bijzonder teleurstellend.

after a nice day in the sun, la tascana was a perfect way to spend the evening. starting with a couple of ice cold local beers followed by some exellent spanish cuisine. after letting the food go down we couldnt resist a pop on the karaoke.the staff and regulars were the most friendly in the resort espescially the lovelly andrea. we will with out doubt be visiting again.

After my visit to Tenerife, there is one place I would like to comment on; Restaurant La Estancia in Chayofa is probably one of the best restaurants I have visited for a long time. As an American visiting the beautiful island of Tenerife, I recommend this restaurant highly!

We were in our Hotel in Tenerife for about 2 hours before venturing out to look for somewhere to eat. Literally jsut around the corner, we found Cafe Pipo, and we were very happy with the food!

In fact, we liked it so much that we went back several times during our holiday. We even thought about asking them to make us some food to take on the flight back from Tenerife, but we did stop short of that :)

We had a very good service with wonderfull dinner at this place, and we are looking forward comming back again at later date....Thank you.

Restaurant Bianco is our favorite italian restaurant in Tenerife! We have visited all 3 restaurants they have; Bianco Safari Centre Las Americas, Biano Los Cristianos near Hollywood Mirage and Beverly Hills Club and Bianco in Plaza Del Duque adeje. We like the last one the best as we live just up the road from there. Eating out in Tenerife have never been better!

Azulon is a "fantastic" restaurant and we think it is one of the best on the Island. The tasting menu at € 28 was really fantastic! We never have eaten such a delicious menu for such a cheap price. Pablo Pastor and Laurent Galimant are both excellent chefs. Also the service of Karl Breuninger was excellent. We can recommend this restaurant to everyone who loves nice food for a nice price! You will be delighted!!!

Our hotel in tenerife was just around the corner from here, and we put off visiting it till midway through our holiday. We sat down and had a curry, and it tasted highly authentic, I had a korma, my wife had a madras. The service was decent enough, but the food was tasty enough to make it worth a second visit.

We had enough time before going home (our flight from tenerife was at midnight, unfortunately) to get a last meal in before jetting home.

Visited Wanted in Fanabe early this week, and I don't think I've ever tasted barbeque food so delicious!

Our flight to Tenerife was delayed, and we didn't have much time to find somewhere nice to eat in the evening, so we basically went in one of the first places we could find - and we were very glad we found Wanted.

Highly reccomended, it is rare to find a barbeque restaurant in tenerife that caters so well for vegetarians!

Kamakura restauranten liker vi meget bra! Den er kanskje litt dyr i forhold til andre steder på Tenerife, men du får det du betaler for! Ypperlig service og nydelig mat. En fryd for øyet. Anbefales varmest!

If you look for a chic Italian restaurant, I highly reccomend Domus Aurea in las Americas. The dishes are succulent and a pleasure for the eyes.

Me and my friend had an absolutely beatiful dinner at the Bombay Blue. We went shopping in the Safari Center and stopped to try this new restaurant. I must say that this is the best Indian Tandoori in las Americas. Modern, clean and elegant. Love the food and the friendly staff! To reccomend!

The Canarian restaurant la Venta has the best Canarian food we ever have had. As we stay in Sheraton for holidays, we often have our dinner at this restaurant. The solomillo is absolutely gorgeous and so tender. Lovely wines and a very good service from the staff.

We found this restaurant the last day of our holidays! El Dorado has some wonderful dishes for a reasonable price. Superb views from the terrace, and nice treatment. We will come back on our holidays next year.

I have visited restarant Piccolo in Los Cristianos 2 times this week, and it is great! Food is brilliant, both their pasta and pizzas, buth also their steaks. It is all presented beautifully. The staff is very friendly. Piccolo i the best Italian restaurant in Tenerife!

Fantastic atmosphere, staff really know how to look after you and they are very friendly. We go here everytime we visit the Island especially on the first night. They do superb food, the Steaks are the best we have ever tasted. I would say this is the most popular restuarant in Las Americas, its always busy so if your a large group of friends or family its best to reserve a table. Cant wait to go back in april and see our friends :-)

This Tasca is just wonderful! It was worth while searching for the restaurant. So cosy and clean, and such a warm welcome from the owners. Delicious food for tapas, if you actually can call this tapas. When you think you are going to have some small dishes, you actually get very big portions. The entrecot with blue cheese was absolutely the most tasty and tender I ever have had. We love to discover hidden pearls like Tasca Tierras del Sur. Granadilla is also a nice little town to visit. Me and my friend will be back for shure next time we come for our holidays in Tenerife.

If you want to spend some money for an excellent dinner out, the restaurant Kamakura is the place! This very elegant Japones restaurant has a teppanyaki Grill and a splendid Sushi Bar, with the most succulent dishes.
Also try the best Sashimi and Tempuras, with an impressive professional service. We had the most marvellous dinner at the Kamakura last time we went for holidays to Tenerife.

The recently opened Mariposa restaurant and cafe in Los Gigantes is a little jem of a place just waiting to be discovered. The unique decoration, live romantic music on Wednesdays and Fridays create a relaxed and intimate atmosphere which perfectly compliments the delicately flavoured and presented French bistro-inspired food. The friendly service all adds to a wonderful culinary experience.

just spent christmas a short walk away , was all inclusive but had alot of great meals in wigan pier, staff great fun& mad, we got called drunk & drunker, dont know why , recommend , a must!!

The restaurant lies just over the beach in los Christianos, so perfectly placed, with some precious views over the beachwalk and the sea.

Dette var en annerledes opplevelse! Denne restauranten minner litt om en annen i Kjøbenhavn, men mye bedre. Vi pleier å ta en lengre ferie på Tenerife på vinteren så det er morsomt å finne noe helt nytt!
Menyen er rimelig og du kan spise så mye du vil! Alt er ferskt og ferdig oppskåret i buffeen. Alle typer kjøtt og grønnsaker, supre kongereker, kinesisk sopp og mange typer fideo. De flinke kokkene steker maten foran deg med den sausen du velger. Det er litt av et show.
Det eneste jeg kanskje kan kritisere, er at de ikke har noe spesielt utvalg i desserter. Ellers hadde vi en meget hyggelig engelsk kelner, som passet godt på at vi ikke manglet noe. Restauranten Mongolian kan virkelig anbefales!

Taberna El Greco har virkelig autentisk gresk mat! Flott terasse, hyggelige kelnere og veldig sentralt i las americas. Neste gang vi kommer tilbake til Tenerife på ferie blir det et par middager til på denne restauranten.
Biffen kan spises med en skje, så mør er den! Skjønn fetaost, souvlakis og moussaka. Flotte posjoner, mye for pengene! Det merkes at det er en ekte gresk chef på kjøkkenet!

Went to the La Brasa for the first time last night and have to say we were less than impressed with the experience.
We were greeted by a lady who ushered us into the small smoking section of the restaurant - assumption being made to our nationality and smoking preferences. We were then given the menu in Spanish and French - I am sure that the menu is also available in English, German, Russian and probably several other languages!! My starter of papas fritas, chorizo y huevo was
very nice I have to admit, however the other starter of setas y el ajo was made with Oyster mushrooms which gave the dish a poor texture and flavour.
We both had the fillet steak for our mains, I had the Solomillo a la brasa which was served on a sizzling plate, the meat served was of good quality. The other fillet was served with a
Roquefort cheese sauce, unfortunately the quality of the meat was very poor for fillet.

The meat was difficult to cut and contained quite a lot of sinue.
Both desserts were acceptable.
The high point of the evening was the house red wine which was only €13.
At €46 per head for the meal I have to admit that we were very disappointed with the experience and may not give La Brasa another visit!

Overall 6 out of 10 and most of that for the decor!

In our eyes best restaurant in los cristianos, more of an evening place than day time, always busy, and the aromas dragged us in once! Went there on many occasions afterthat and the food was always superb! Great starters and best filet steaks we have ever had, also the service laid back yet excellent! The people that run it are also very freindly and go out of their way to make sure everyone was enjoying their evening!

Went here with the kids for a birthday party they had been invited to.

The fare was standard pizzas with toppings, but they were delicious. The kids ate loads, and there were a lot of different choices, but I loved the bbq chicken pizza that was put out for the adults. Will definitely be taking the kids there again one night.

We mustve gone here about 20 times (no kidding) during our 2 week holiday in Tenerife.

The fish served here is some of the nicest I have had anywhere, and the staff are very, very nice.

Visited the Kamakura Restaurant in Tenerife several times during our stay, and each time the food was better than the last!

The service was absolutely spot on, and the food itself was gorgeous. I don't think I've tasted Japanese food as nice as that in all my travels.

The prices are very reasonable given the location and quality of food/service on offer.

10/10, will definitely be visiting on our next Tenerife holiday!

Visited this charming restaurant last night with friends, it's located in a really calm area.

The food was top notch, and service was great.

Had a really relaxing night, and would thoroughly reccomend this place to any visitors, or for that matter residents!

The Magnum Wine Bar, in Golf Del Sur, is a delightful place for having a friendly drink in a relaxed atmosphere. We visit this bar several times a week, and they have a great selection of wine and cocktails!

Highly recommended if you're looking for somewhere to have a quality drink and relax :)

This restaurant is absolutely gorgeous. I find
it's one of the best place's for steak in the
Americas. Not only the food is good but the
atmosphere and the view from the balcony of the
restaurant make you not want to leave.

For me the greatest place to dine out in Tenerife south. However,
stayed 4 days on Tenerife. Been twice to El Greco in Safari, one
time in "I don't remember right now…" and tonight here! Very
good concept, lovely place, nice waiters and delicouuuuuus food!

We have been eating here for the past few years. This is very
good value for money and you get good size portions. Great
xmas dinner, good breakfasts, dinners and evening meals.
Friendly staff and it is very clean. You can sit inside or out.

Great evening spent with superb food at the newly opened Mongolian Restaurant in Los Christianos

No trip to Los Cristianos is complete without a trip (or two)
here.
The staff are very attentive, though they are losing one of
the best in May 2011.
My partner describes the meat lasagne as the best she has
ever had ( and that's a lot), on my visits I enjoyed the
mixed meat grill and also mixed tapas.
Both my daughters enjoyed their meals of pizza or
spaghetti and the price with drinks was between 60 & 70
euros for 4 very reasonable

Had heard of this nice looking restaurant quite much and true it
looks great. But the dinner I had just wasn't that good as expected.
Noodles cold and little dry, just a few peaces of fresh tomatoes, the
rest peeled and out of the box incl. stem, salad contained some
brown smudgy leafs. All in all everything then a bit pricey for that
kind of quality. But view and location itself is very nice.

Had a perfect dinner in this great restaurant. For me it's the best
in the whole area! Real fresh food and great taste. By the way
very kind "camareros". God luck for the future too.

We've ordered for takeaway/delivery and had a sit down meal here with friends as well. The delivery meal was ok, but the sit down meal was nicer.

With a choice of Indian or Pizza, there was food for the kids, as well as for the adults, I had the Korma and it was very nice, one of the best I've had out in Tenerife. The meal itself was quite reasonable as far as costs go. Would reccomend to friends and go back again.

Charming restaurant!!! We found it by mistake, we were staying at the hotel opposite and were looking for somewhere nice to have lunch - we walked right by it then we noticed they served food! Proper english food in los gigantes :) We ate there at least once a day for the rest of our holiday!

Visited Monkey Bar Grill tonight, and had a wonderful time. Situated in the Safari Centre, this Playa de las americas restaurant has a charming atmosphere, and the food was delicious.

Even better were the cocktails! I have to confess that we were a bit the worse for wear the next morning, the cocktails were very moreish.

Highly reccomended if you find yourself near the Safar Centre and looking for a restaurant to eat at. They had a vegetarian selection too.

- barra llena de copas vacias, feisimo
- muchisimo ruido, la musica altisima, una persona frente a ti casi no te oye.
- la atención pesima, los camareros andaban de un lado para otro, me atendieron 3 camareros diferentes y me trajeron la bebida 2 veces.
- incluso se paraban a hablar con clientes desatendiendo a los clientes, daba una sensacion poco profesional.
- el baño terrible, me dio la sensacion que el presupuesto de decoración se termino en la entrada del baño. además que estaba sucio.
- sobre la comida, el carpaccio estaba insipido.
la pasta picante con langostinos, estaba muy bueno, tenia el justo toque de picante y el plato estaba bien presentado. la pasta con ricota, espinacas y nueces, estaba perfecto.

Just back from a week in Costa Adeje. Rosso sul mare restaurante was a highlite for dinner. Great black Tagliolini with seafood or the solomillo con peras (fillet steak) was excellent too. The Chef Franco, puts some great combination together and waiters Antonio and Laurent made the meal special. Ill go back

I've had two meals with family and friends at this excellent
restaurant. It's not the cheapest but you definitely get what
you pay for.

I think they have the best italian food in south Tenerife! So I
really can recommend this to all visiting Tenerife.

Go to CC Safari Las Americas which has very nice shops. After
shopping for a very nice dinner to DOMVS AVREA.
I like the ambience, the nicely presented and delicious food. Had
the chance to meet the chef too. Very nice guy. I think that he
cooks really with passion. When you get your dish served you will
know what I'm talking about. They really style the food so that
it's an enjoyment for your eyes too.

Excellent food, above average service.

I've gotta write to disagree with the review below, we regularly visit Bianco's for their cocktails alone on a night out. I don't think we've ever had a bad cocktail there, and the staff are even willing to reccomend cocktails if you say what kind of alcohol you like.

The food is always nice too, but I felt I had to write this in response to the last review.

My wife and live in Tenerife and this restaurant had been closed for 2 years prior to being taken over by Eddie and Ali. This restaurant has it all including fresh fish and an amazing outside BBQ. The food is varied, well presented and and the hospitality is second to none. Recommended for a relaxed meal, good prices and great service.

Best restaurant in Las Americas Tenerife!
I have lived in Tenerife for 8 years, and I think going out in general and restaurants in Tenerife has improved a lot over this time! There are lots of great places toe eat out in Tenerife, but if I have to choose a favorite restaurant in Las Americas then i has to be Monkey Grill in the Safari Center. This is a great place both for lunch after a few hours shopping, or a great restaurant to start off an evening out in Las Americas! Their coctails are great, and they have a great meny....try out their "Gourmet Burger". We will be back later this week!

Hi, even if one might not think of it as a "restaurant" I still think Cafe Victoria in Puerto Colon deserves a mentioning on this (by the way brilliant!) restaurant guide. We have a boat in the port, and spend every weekend there. We visit this cafe either for breakfast or lunch while in the port. My favorite for breakfast is their bacon bocadillo! And every day they serve delightful daily specials.

Hi, me and 2 friends went to eat at restaurant Tasca de mi Abuelo last Friday, and it was great! They dont really have a meny, but the waiter sits down at your table and suggest what they have of daily specials...or whatever you fancy! The food we were presented was amazing! Spanish food at its best, would go as far as to say their tapas is the best in Tenerife. They also have a great selection of wines. Highly recommended!

Have been visiting Tenerife for many years and always visit the Wigan Pier. Never a dull moment here. You never know what Charlie will do next. Good entertainment every night with quizzes. Staff are very friendly, nothing is too much for them. We went there most nights and would recommend anyone to visit. It is always full here so what does that tell you. Will be back again next year.

We have been visiting Tenerife for many years and have never visited Vista la Mar,(although we pass it every night), until this year.We stay at an apartment just behind this restaurant and usually go to the La Grand Paella Valencia. We thought we would try Vista La Mar one night and were not disappointed. We can highly recommend this restaurant, we ate there 10 nights out of 14. My brother, sister in law and their 2 friends were staying at a nearby hotel half board but they came there with us on a few nights and were just as impressed. Food excellent, prices excellent, service excellent,views excellent, we sat upstairs overlooking the harbour, what more can we say. Every bit as good as La Grand Paella Valencia. Would recommend anyone to try this restaurant. Will definitely be back next year.

very friendly to adapt the pizza to your taste
Good and quick service when the local is not too
full.

cons:
maybe the pizzas are slightly smaller than
others but I can barely finish them anyway (
must admit that I do eat a lot)
another bad point is sometimes the access such
as parking is really bad, even tough there is a
big parking available, its always packed at peak
times, I recommend going on late evenings.
One more important is the price it isn't
expensive for what you get but it isn't particularly cheap either.

but for everything else I think they are great
and more than worth for an evening out or just a
quick pizza. I highly recommend them at least
just to try out.

Casa Tres is a fantastic place to enjoy both English traditional cuisine, as well as more exotic courses! I have been back 2 times to try their Beef Wellington and its the best I ever tried (normally has to be booked 1 day before). The Restaurant is a bit hard to find, but ask for Sunset Bay hotel in Torviscas!

La Sirena, we found this wonderful place to eat back in the early 90 just after Jose had opened it and have been going back at least twice a year when we holiday in Tenerife. the food and service is the best Jose and his team make you feel very welcome, we now consider Jose as one of the family and he feels the same. Nous revenons de ce restaurant et quelle déception! 55 euros pour un plat (à peine meilleur que dans une cantine scolaire) et un verre de vin (ne prenez pas le vin blanc, por favor!) En à peine une heure, nous étions sortis, tant l'ensemble nous a déçu. Je déconseille absolument ce restaurant (qui n'a rien de canarien d'ailleurs)

Her har jeg vært å spist mange ganger. Et hyggelig lite spisested med en hyggelig avslappende og uformel atmosfære. Maten er enkel og velsmakende til en rimelig penge. Barna har vært stor fornøyde og har fått spesiell oppmerksomhet og særbehandling. Utenfor er det en stor plass med lekeplass, som mine barn har hatt stor glede av :)

One of our favorite places to have fish and seafood! Los Abrigos is such a nice restaurant with beautiful views over the little harbor. The fish is always excellent and the staff deserves always a good tip.

Water Melon is a special restaurant! Chill and cozy, nice and fresh on a summer night. We were a group of friends and enjoyed a nice something nice to eat and fresh cocktails. Coming back next time we come to Tenerife for holydays.

We had a very nice Canarian dinner in the restaurant Templete! This was our first time visiting El Medano and we were looking for a special restaurant to have some local food. We can recommend their fish specialties! Next time we come to Tenerife we will certainly come back!

Molino Blanco er en meget artig restaurang! God mat og vin, mørt kjøtt og fersk fisk. God oppvartning av flinke kelnere som også kunne anbefale oss riktig vin til maten. Den morsomme syngene kokken var helt fantastisk, vi fikk en rose! Etterpå fikk vi en drink og ut på dansegulvet for å riste litt på bena. Dette var en helaften med munter stemning for oss jentene i moden alder! Takk for oss!

We went last week and had a lovely dinner at Placeres. The meat is very tender and the service is friendly. The restaurant is clean and elegant. Next time we come to Tenerife we will certainly come back!

We have visited restaurant Teppanyaki in Las Americas many time during our holidays in Tenerife. Even compared to some of the best Asian restaurants back in London they serve some fantastic dishes. Great athmosphere. Maybe just a small comment to restaurant owner/manager; we had to wait a bit longer last time we visited for our main course :-)

We go to restaurant Sama Sama in St Telmo at least once a month, and it is great both for food and drinks! I love their coctails and my favorite is their Mohito!
Great place to start for a night out.

As a resident of Tenerife now for over 7 years I have always regarded La Estancia as my favourite restaurant on the island. A little pricey and small portions but always a gastronomic delight. The combinations of flavours have always made this place special,but no more! I do not know who is the chef now, but he/she is not up to the task.
I took 9 family members there yesterday and found it very, very dissapointing.

We were recommended Roy's and being English we missed our Indian food, so went along for a meal with our 3 kids. The experience wasn't great, the food was average, waiting staff slow to respond to us even though it wasn't busy, and as we had a young child we asked for a high chair, only to be told that they only had one and it was reserved for a group that were waiting for their granddaughter to arrive so weren't even using it!

Poor service, average food, won't be going back.

THIS PLACE HAS JUST BEEN TAKEN OVER BY A GUY WHO HAS BEEN IN HOTELS AND RESTAURANTS FOR THIRTY YEARS THIS PLACE DOES THE BEST Chateaubriand in tenerife trust me give it a try what a place 11 out of 10 brill!!!!!

I don't understand:

1 - We dined there tonight and it was awful -
food, overcharged (almost double! - based on a
trick with the beer price), staff, everything in
fact.

2 - read reviews when we got home and almost all
are negative.

Does this site only accept positive reviews? If
so, American Dreamz was a positively awful
experience today. The only thing I can think to
recommend it is that the PR seemed pretty good at
dragging people in.

Had the nicest meal of my entire life in this resturant. Absolutely amazing. Cant stress how delicious the food was, cannot wait to return next month and go there again. Excellent, top class, 5 stars.

Ah this lovely restaurant in this precious little village Los Abrigos! This is absolutely a place you feel very welcome with a special attention to the ladies. This Italian restaurant has a surprisingly good menu for fresh fish. Very good service and excellent food! We always come back to have a romantic dinner

Vivimos en el Médano y vamos mucho al restaurante Punto Incontro por su pasta fresca y el buen servicio. La Carbonara es suculento y mi colega siempre pide la pizza y dice que es el mejor del pueblo. Precios baratos y buena calidad ¡no hay que privarse!

Best paella ever, we go back year after year after year, eating there 2 or 3 times per holiday. Can't wait to get back!

With Roy’s you have really a very good choice of Indian food, not only American pizzas! I’m a vegetarian so Roy’s restaurant is perfect for me. Always easy to just pop in, or to order take away. Watch up for the spicy dishes on the menu, that’s really hot like real Indian food in India! The mixed vegetables in curry is absolutely delicious with some fried rice.

El restaurante Canario La Lata del gofio no puede ser más autentico. Cada domingo vamos a pasar un buen rato cantando nuestros canciones y comer una buena tapita de ropa vieja con un vinito Canario. Estamos a pie de la playa Chica del Médano, en la cera peatonal, pasándolo de miedo de bien. Es verdad que sus quesos de cabra artesanales son famosos por aquí, se merece toda la publicidad del mundo. Las cosas de la tierra es lo que siempre sabe mejor.

Restaurangen La Boheme har de aller beste franske pannekakene i el Medano ja! Vi pleier á ha den med spinat og reker. Etterpå skal mannen min bestandig ha en pannekake med Cointrau-likør til desert også enda pannekakene er kjempestore. Denne superkoslig lille restaurangen med terrassen er i gågaten fra badestranden bak hotellet. El Medano har kjempefine strender og en kul landsby å besØke også.

La Boheme es siempre lleno pero el servicio es rápido así que vale la pena esperar un poquito. Hay mí restaurantes de crepes en el Médano, pero este es el mejor. Lo encontrarás en el paseo peatonal después del hotel Médano.

This Spanish tapas restaurant El Lagar is really good! If you want to have some real Spanish tapas this is definitely the right place. We had a selection of various tapas, almost one of each! Delicious food and so tasteful. They have very nice Spanish wines and the staff is very polite and efficient. When we went, the restaurants was absolutely full of people, but the waiter found us a place by the bar and served us a nice cold beer with a teaser to make us wait 10 minutes for a table. It was really a pleasure to see how they work, how clean the restaurant was and the speed of serving all the clients. We will certainly be back again in El Medano to have some delicious Spanish tapas again next time.

Somos del norte y nos encanta restaurante El Callejón en el Médano. Un vasito de vino y unas tapas después de la playa y te queda genial. Tenemos nuestra casa de veraneo en el Médano desde hace unos años, así que conocemos bien la zona. Cuando abrió Álvaro cambio el ambiente del bar , y a hora no solo se para uno para tomar algo, gusta mucho ir a cenar en El Callejón con un buen vinito. El restaurante es informal y simpático, unos precios majos y buena gente.

We tried this tapas restaurant El Callejon in El Medano and we had a delicious time. The tapas of the day was rice with prawns, and it was absolutely fabulous. There were almost more prawns than rice! Very generous. They recommended a nice Spanish wine, that we could first taste to see if we liked the wine. Some nice music from the 80's and quite a cosy ambient with the locals having a beer and a chat. Next time we will for certain come back and see what's on the menu in this charming tapas restaurant in the lovely village of El Medano.

We found Dante Alighieri in El Medano just by chance! Walking along the lovely beach walk in this beautiful village, just on the Plaza with great sea views! Very chic, this nice and elegant Italian restaurant in El Medano is actually an Italian gourmet restaurant. The food just fantastic, all of us had fresh pasta but my husband, he had a very nice and big béarnaise steak. The restaurant staff is very friendly and professional and the decoration is very elegant black and white Italian style.

Thank you for this information! We actually went to El Medano to find this little local Spanish restaurant. We had a most delicious tapas “pata asada” (roasted ham), and some real fine Spanish wine Ribera del Duero. This was what Alvaro had on the menu that day! But wow, very tasty! Very nice ambient with locals laughing and joking. The only bad thing is that the Restaurant was quite hard to find!
This is how you go: When you drive down the main road, the road divides in two to lead you to the main Plaza del Medano and to the Plaza Roja. Just find any parking spot round about there. Then if you take the first little street at your right from the main road, or at your left if you took the other one, there it is! Enjoy!

Dante es mi restaurante italiano preferido en Adeje. Tienen unas pastas frescas muy ricas y sabrosas. La pizza es perfecta, con la pasta fina y una combinación de ingredientes suculentos. Esto no es una pizzería italiana cualquiera, yo diría un restaurante gourmet más bien. Elegante y con un buen servicio profesional, una selección de vinos finos. Hasta el solomillo es estupendo, siempre muy tierno y de tamaño generoso. Les recomiendo este restaurante italiano de verdad.

We absolutely love Los Roques, visiting at least once every time we're in Tenerife.

The setting alone makes the trip worth it, set on the harbour front in a tiny fishing village with amazing views of the coast you feel very far away from the tourist mayhem of Las Americas and Los Cristianos.

So many restaurants here look the part but fail to deliver, yet Los Roques delivers in spades.

On our last visit we went two times. Food highlights: a bueatifully fresh warm vegetable tart with goats' cheese, amazing prawn balls in a curry sauce, ostrich from a nearby farm with a smoked potato cake and red wine sauce, amazing local fish with a really simple sauce, potatoes and brocolli, all so fresh.

Deserts, my absolute favourite, the avocado and lime sorbet, husband had a baileys-chocolate thing which comes a very close second and I think I ate as much of it as he did!

To cap it all, the staff here are fantastic, helping with the menu and wine list, suggesting other restaurants all over the island as well as inside tips on places to go - better than the hotel reception staff!

New addition to the CC Safari's restaurant-level. Excellent food, authentic Indian style, (try the basmati-rice -or as our 6 y/o daughter called it, the rainbow-rice) attentive and friendly staff. Needs some more promotion, cause it was not as full as the other restaurants in the vincinity

Siempre que estoy por los parajes me paso al restaurante Piccolo Paladar en San Telmo. La pasta casera que tienen es suculenta. Unos vinos Italianos o españoles para acompañar, y tenéis una cena perfecta y barata. También me encanta la lasaña o un plato el día. Buenas vistas al mar y un personal agradable.

The ambiance of the restaurant really helps make a lovely evening. We visited in February and will definitely make a return visit.

Ck’s is the coziest little restaurant in los gigantes with all home cocked food. Always fresh, and always a very nice welcome. We always go a lot when we are in Tenerife over the winter.

La Masia del Mar en beautiful las Caletas is just a wonderful place! The terraces with a gorgeous sea view, fresh seafood and fish. You should try the Bouillabaise, that’s the best fish soup I have ever tasted. Me and my sister went 3 times in our holiday in Tenerife.

Es el restaurante de arroz por excelencia. Creo que tiene mas de veinte especialidades de arroz, con mariscos frescos, siempre bien presentado y copiosos platos. El Rincón del Arroz lleva bien su nombre. No conozco a mejor por toda Tenerife.

Venimos cada año a pasar las vacaciones en Tenerife por que tenemos familia aquí en los Cristianos. La cena de bienvenida siempre la hacemos en el Bistrot de Alain. Es acogedor, amable, muy bueno, copioso y barato. Que más quieres.

El Sol o Chez Jaques es un restaurante que lleva muchos años aquí. Casi que no necesita presentación. Mi mujer y yo vamos mucho y siempre estamos muy bien venidos. La carta tiene tentaciones, pero casi siempre me tiro por el solomillo. Es el solomillo más tierno y jugoso... Ya sabes ¡probarlo! se encuentra en la zona peatonal en los Cristianos.

La Taberna del Puerto. Estábamos paseando con la familia por el paseo de la playa en los Cristianos, y vimos esta Taberna. El restaurante tiene una terraza muy agradable y hacen la cocina Vasca tradicional. Somos más bien aficionados a la cocina española casera así que fue perfecto. El pescado esta súper fresco y tienen unos buenos vinos españoles para acompañar. El servicio estaba amable y nos aconsejo el vino para acompañar la cena. Saben sus cosas.

Cuesta mucho encontrar el restaurante Pascal en Los Cristianos. Pero os aseguro que una vez encontrado no se olvida nunca más. No hay que tener prisas, para eso vas mejor a por una hamburguesa. Cuando te vienen los platos casi que te cuesta comerlo porque son unas obras de arte de verdad. La cocina es mediterránea con sabores marroquí o asiáticos, y muy refinados. Tampoco muy caro por lo que es, elegante, gourmet, exclusivo y creativo. ¡Les recomiendo Pascal para una cena especial!

¡Que cocina! Cada plato es una obra de arte. Tenemos un gran restaurante Francés aquí, en la Isla de Tenerife, como que si fuese en Paris. Todo tiene sorpresas, los platos de base mediterránea vienen compuestos de unos sabores sorprendentes y evocadores. Nada mas ver la artística presentación del plato presientes que algo va ocurrir. Probar el lomo de salmón ahumado en una nube de hinojo... veras. La creatividad de los platos es impresionante. Veo que tienen una promoción, reservare mesa. La Estancia esta en La Chayofa a 5 minutos de Los Cristianos.

Slow Boat es el mejor restaurante Chino que conozco por el Sur de Tenerife. Es limpio y siempre son muy agradables. Me gusta especialmente los especialidades Thai que tienen, pero los platos chinos son igualmente muy buenos y bien elaborados. Después de un día a la Playa de las Vistas es perfecto, encontraras el restaurante en San Telmo.

Este restaurante es genial para picar algo y probar de todo un poco. Las tapitas son tan variadas y tienen tan buena pinta que un día diré “uno de cada por favor”. Sal Negra se encuentra en San Telmo, Los Cristianos, encima de la Playa de las Vistas.

El Water Melon en San Telmo nos gusta mucho para comer un plato ligero y fresco el medio dia. Tienen unos zumos naturales que refresca de los calores de la playa. Me gusta este restaurante moderno y joven.

Antes de salir de copas en los Cristianos, se come muy bien en el Sama Sama en San Telmo. Las pizzas son muy buenas, la lasañas y mi novia prefiere el carpaccio. Súper música chill y buenas vistas a la playa y al mar.

Para comer una buena pizza te vas al l’Amaretto en El Camisón. Así de fácil. Es la mejor pizza de toda Tenerife, bueno, por el Sur. Súper simpático y bastante barato. Mi restaurante Italiano preferido.

Venimos a la tienda Delicatessen para comprar un par de botellas de vino, y miramos la carta del restaurante La Fresquera. Hace mucho tiempo que no disfrutamos tanto de una comida en un restaurante. El cordero es suculento y seguro que todo lo que tienen en el menú es igual de rico. Esta situado en El Camisón, ¡entrar!

De verdad si quieres comer español, castellano, por el sur de Tenerife, hay que ir al Mesón Castellano en el Camisón. Os puedo recomendar el cochinillo con un buen vino de aquí. Esto no es el típico restaurante para captar los turistas como ves algunos en la Playa de las Americas. Un restaurante “como en casa” con un ambiente acogedor.

Elegante y moderno siempre un excito. El restaurante Bianco en Playa de las Americas tienen unos platos mas ricos: Pero empezar por un coctail, se las saben todas. Me encanta el solomillo, tierno y en su punto. He venido con mi pareja varias veces, y nunca decepcionados. La próxima viene la suegra.

Gran Reserva restaurante en playa de las Americas cerca del Pirámide de Arona es un sitio seguro si quieres comer bueno, copioso y en aire libre en la terraza. El Boeuf Stroganoff es muy rico con un Rioja. Calidad.

¡Ai el caldoso de bogavantes! Cuando paseais por el Piramide de Arona hay que comer en el El Arrozal. Hay tantas restaurantes en las Americas que elegir, pero si os gusta el arroz hecho con mucha arte, entonces ya sabeis: el mejor arroz caldoso.

¡Fíjate que me tenía que aconsejar unos amigos “giris” para ir! Mamma Rosa es muy bueno, les aconsejo a mi vez. El menú es hacer un viaje culinario al país que elijes. Elegante con una música relajante te sirven tanto un plato tradicional italiano como francés y algo que se llamaba Walenska o parecido. Ni idea de que país era esto. Pero muy rico todo, y buenos vinos. ¿Donde vamos a comer hoy? Elegante y buen servicio: A la Mamma Rosa en Playa de las Americas.

Simpático y acogedor restaurante en Playa de las Americas. Paseamos un domingo y delante del restaurante Michelangelo decidimos probar la comida Mejicana. Mi cuñado elegía la Pasta Carbonara para comer italiano en un italiano como dijo, y estaba encantado. Mi mujer cambio por un pescado fresco del día y yo el menú mejicana del día. ¡Estupendo! Volveremos cuando estemos por el Sur de Tenerife.

Restaurante Las Rocas tienen los mariscos más frescos, las mejores vistas y un servicio impecable. Las almejas al Jerez es mí plato preferido, pero los bogavantes y la langosta esta que se salen también. Un buen vino blanco y todos al cielo. Desde Tenerife Sur.

Felipe de vuelta al Molino Blanco se nota. Siempre un restaurante elegante acogedor y una cocina excelente. Probar la Dorada en sal gorda, es una delicia. Siempre que tengo una cena de familia vamos aquí. Los niños, los abuelos y demás están siempre encantados.

¡Estoy la afortunada de tener un gran cocinero a dos pasos! Damien lleva muchos años en la Isla cocinando francés. A hora tiene abierto este nuevo en San Eugenio Alto cerca de Aqualand. Las salsas que acompañan a los pescados son divinas. Una selección de buenos vinos como siempre, y la terrassa es muy agradable.

Posiblemente el mas rápido servicio a domicilio en el sur de Tenerife. Pide tu pizza o bien elije unos de los miles platos hindis. Siempre recién hechos y frescos, encima barato. Fue por curiosidad que probé unos de los platos exóticos hindú, pensé cambiar del chino. A hora estoy aficionado del Tandoori.

Soy peninsular y echaba de menos la comida de mi tierra. En el Mesón Tierra de Soria te comes un plato de cuchara como hace la mama. La carne es la mejor – de Castilla, claro. Probar la costilla de buey con un buen vino, también excelente.

El Phuket es para mi lo mas autentico en la Isla. La cocina tradicional Thai tiene unos sabores exquisitos y voy mucho por el medio día para comer. Trabajo cerca y es un placer siempre. Probar los platos de pescado, siempre fresco. El menú de medio día es barato y copioso.

Me encanta este restaurante en Playa de Fanabe. El coeur de Filet es perfecto para una cena íntima con tu pareja o en familia. De vez en cuando reservo para una cena de negocio y siempre es un acierto. El solomillo se puede comer con la cuchara, tan tierno es. Se dice que uno come con los ojos también, y es verdad, aquí tienes para alegrar la boca y los ojos.

La Cúpula me recuerda a unos restaurantes de Art-Deco de Paris. Lleve a mi mujer para celebrar nuestro aniversario de bodas y fue un excito. Una cena romántica con unos platos delicados, vinos de primera y un ambiente muy elegante. Si buscas un restaurante de este genero por Tenerife os lo recomiendo.

Si quieres cenar elegante y en un restaurante gourmet con una cocina galardonado de “Cocinero de Canarias”, este es el sitio. Hay algunos buenos por el sur de Tenerife, y unos pocos muy buenos. Poseidon en el Gran Hotel Anthelia es una maravilla. Mi preferencia es siempre reservar la mesa en la terraza con las vistas al mar. Perfecto para cenas de negocios, celebraciones en familia o con tu pareja.

Las terrazas de la Masia del Mar con sus vistas directamente al mar de la Caleta, la paella de mariscos frescos, el personal tan simpático. ¡Es un ganador! Me lo recomendó una amiga y fuimos para probar la paella de mariscos con mi marido. Os aseguro que mi marido que es valenciano, siempre dice que nadie sabe hacer la paella de verdad, pero le encanto esta paella. ¡Lo recomiendo a mi vez!

Vale la pena dar el salto por los Altos del Roque con sus preciosas vistas. El Azulon es un restaurante moderno y chic, agradable y limpio. Pablo’s cocina divinamente sus platos creativos, mediterráneos.. Es también un sitio donde comer una ensalada fresca por el medio día en un restaurante metropolitano aquí por el sur de Tenerife. .

Slow Boat Teppenyaki esta en las Americas, me parece. Lo cierto es que es mi restaurante Japonés preferido. Los cocineros trabajan a un ritmo increíble y sacan los sushis en un secundo. Todo pescado muy fresco y las variaciones sin fin. Los precios no tan caro como puede ser otros.

Si visitas Costa de Silencio, Arona, pasaros por el pequeno restaurante Westaven Bay. La cocina es Belga y muy buena. Para los que les gustan la cocina casera y el buen vino. El restaurante es íntimo y acogedor. Los precios también simpáticos.

La Pizzería Venecia tienen las pizzas más buenas de toda la Isla de Tenerife. Estuvimos de paso para visitar la Basílica de la Candelaria con la familia y decidimos entrar en la pizzería. Los niños súper contentos, el suegro y la suegra también.

Vai Moana en las Galletas, Arona, es un sitio estupendo la playa misma. El restaurante es más bien tradicional pero muy bueno y copioso. Este sitio autentico de la Isla, les encantará. También tienen un bar donde puedes escuchar conciertos de jazz o otra música moderna.

Pescado y maridaje en la capitalina Tinerfeña. La Tasca de la Bodega en Santa Cruz de Tenerife tiene una selección de vinos increíbles. La carta es mas bien tradicional pero de calidad. Recomiendo una visita cuando se busca donde comer por el centro de la capital.

Meson los Monjes en Santa Cruz tienen una Cocina Vasca-Castellano excellente, pero la paletita de cordero es la mejor especialidad que tienen a mi gusto. Unos muy buenos vinos y por no olvidar los postres caseros. Venimos regularmente de la peninsula para pasar las vacaciones en Tenerife, entonces no faltemos la visita a los Monjes cuando vamos de compras en Santa Cruz

Probar el menu de degustación de 7 platos, os va encantar. El Duende es el restaurante de cocina nueva por excellencia. Esta por la Calle Higuerita en Puerto de la Cruz. Los platos Canarios tienen una presentación elegante y unos sabores surprendentes. Siempre que tenemos algo que celebrar vamos a comer aqui.

El arroz con carabineros es succulento en el Arrozal. Uno de los mejores restaurantes que conosco en las Americas. ¡Volveremos pronto!

¡La Fresquera es un muy buen restaurante, les recommiendo ir! Esta situado en las Americas, en el Camison. Es una mezcla de cocina tradicional canaria con un toque de la peninsula de cocina fina. Pescado fresco y buenos carnes. El jamon siempre el mejor, y unos vinos grandes. La ultima ves que fuimos estubimos toda la familia para el aniversario de nuestro matrimonio.

¡Mi Chino preferido en las Americas! Encima puedes ver a los cocineros trabajer, es muy interesante. Me encanta los rollitos de primavera claro, pero aqui tienen un menu tan grande... Los platos Thai con el arroz son muy buenos. Pero probar el pato Cantonnais, es ricissimo. El restaurante Kong Tsha esta famoso por la barbacoa tambien.

Quiero recomendar descubrir el restaurante Star of Bengal. No conocí la cocina y las especialidades Hindis para nada, pero entramos un día y probamos el Tandoori y unas otras cosas más que no recuerdo el nombre. ¡Es suculento! La comida India tiene muchas especies nuevas para mí, pero muy interesantes. Volveré a comer el Tandoori y a probar más platos Hindúes cuando estaré por los Cristianos.

¿Donde comer pescado fresco? El restaurante La Piedra tiene siempre pescado más fresco. El camarero más simpático y agradable. Un buen vino de aquí y un cherne a la plancha o bien una dorada fresca. Buscamos un restaurante Canario de pescado un día en los Cristianos, y de casualidad pasamos delante de La Piedra. Desde entonces hemos vuelto varias veces y siempre contentos. ¡Les recomendamos!

Restaurant Piccolo in St Telmo Los Cristianos is without doubt the best Italian restaurant in Tenerife! We have been frequent guests in picolo for many years, and I seriously mean it when I say that we have NEVER been dissapointed with the food here. I normally eat the pizza with spicy salami, but their pasta is fantastic and fresh. Restaurant Piccolo also serves daily specials that normally consist of meat and sea food dishes as well as the normal italian dishes. Enjoy!!

Tony Roma's Restarante is the best American restaurant in Tenerife!! I love the spare ribs, and their hamburger is great!! The restaurant in Las Americas, Tenerife, is very cosy and the staff is very friendly. Tony Romas is close to the Safari shopping centre. Enjoy!

I just love the sandwiches from Subway in Los Cristianos! I am not sure if there are any other Subway restaurants in the south of tenerife, but there should be!

Slow Boat Chinese restaurant in Puerto Colon, Torviscas, Adeje, is absolituly my favorite chinese restaurant in Tenerife. We own a boat in the port in front of the restaurant, so very often we visit them after a day out on our boat! Slow Boat is a great place to eat out!!

I think Roy's been in Tenerife as long as I have, more than 20 years. Roys take away Pizzas or Indian food have always been great after a loooong days work. Even their outdoor restaurant is nice if you just want something simple after work with some friends. A great restaurant to have in San Eugenio!!

Restaurant Rosso Sul Mare in La Caleta, adeje, Tenerife, is one of my favorite Italian restaurants in Tenerife. The location by the sea makes this restaurant unique! Food is great and waiters are very friendly!!

I am surprised nobody has written a review about Rosies Cantina in Los Cristianos! I have lived on the Island for 20 years, and Rosies was one of the first restaurants i had the pleasure to visit when I came to Tenerife. Rosie s Cantina is a Mexican restaurant, and withouth doubt the best one on the Island. And they make the BEST margerithas in the world!!

Restaurante Rodeo in Fanabe, Adeje, Tenerife, is a fab place to bring friends and family. Great athmosphere and FANTASTIC food. Eat as much as you can, the waiters walk around all the time with sizzeling swords of BBQed meat, and they will fill up your plate as soon as it is empty. The "starter/salad" buffet is great as well. Los Rodeo is a restaurant you have to visit when on holiday in Tenerife!!

We remember restaurant Rancho on the way to Pal Mar many years before they had the fire. It was sa as the old building was very old and cosy. But after they rebuilt it many years ago, it is still one of the best steak houses in Tenerife. The meat they serve here is absolutely fantastic. They serve traditional Canarian food as well as tapas. Rancho is located about 10 min drive from Los Cristianos, just head for Guaza and the follow direction for Pal Mal, and you will see the restaurant on the side of the road. Great for families with children. Also very suitable for bigger groups or corporate events.

Restaurant Paraiso in Valle San Lorenzo, Arona, has always been a great place to eat out in the south of Tenerife. Everybody who have visited this restaurant knows how to apreciate the dishes served here at very reasonable prices! Paraiso serves traditional Spanish and Canarian food.

I remember restaurant Papa Luigi as one of the first restaurants I visited when I first came to Los Cristianos, Tenerife, some 20 years ago!
It was always a great Italian restaurant, with great service and fresh pasta!

Otelo II in Fanabe is a sister restaurant of Otelo in Adeje. They opened this restaurant close to the beach in Fanabe, Adeje, some years ago after many years of success with their restaurant in the village of Adeje. And as always, their Canarian Chicken tastes just great! It is a must for any food lovers visiting Tenerife to visit at least one of their restaurants!!

Restaurant Othello or Otelo in Adeje has for years been famous for its Canarian Chicken, Pollo! And if you have not tried it yet, you will understand when you do. When you arrive to the restaurant all you have to do is to ask them for "Pollo" and for how many people. Normally you get it served with canarian potatoes and salad. Otello restaurant is located in the village Adeje, only a 10 minutes drive from Torviscas or Las Americas. All taxi drivers in the south of Tenerife will know where this restaurant is. Best chicken restaurant in Tenerife!!

Monte Christo in Torviscas, Adeje, is the best Italian restaurant in Tenerife!...I know as I am from Italy!

Monkey Beach Club in Las Americas, Tenerife, has become one of the hottest and trendiest places in the south of Tenerife!! It is a great place to visit after the beach, GREAT AFTER BEACH PARTY every Sunday during the summer months!. You can enjoy some great fusion style dishes on the terrace restaurant overlooking the beach and ocean. But their coctails are to die for! Later on in the evening they host some of the best parties in Tenerife, with some of the best DJs in Europe. The same owner also have a restaurant in the Safari shopping centre not too far away, Monkey Grill, and the food there is fantastic!! Asian inspired decor as well as the food, but also traditional dishes with a special touch to them. Enjoy!!

I was invited bor a buisness lunch in Meson El Torito some weeks ago, and it was lovely. Last week I took my girlfriend there for an evening meal, and again we had a great dining experience! Restaurant El Torito is mainly a meat restaurant, with a huge grill / BBQ kitchen. Starters are based on variations of Tapas, etc. Try their fillet steaks "Solomillo", it melts in your mouth. I think some of their cuisine is Castellan, but they will prepare you dish just as you like it. El Torrito is located at the end of the Torviscas area on your way to La Caleta, Adeje. One of the best restaurants in Tenerife!!

I am really surprised that there are no reviews for restaurant Meson Castellano in Los Cristianos / Las Americas. We have visited this restaurant many times, and it is always busy!! They serve typical Spanish and Canarian food. They dont have menues, but a big display of the best meat you can imagine, and some fish as well. They prepare the food just as you would prefer it. Tapas is great in Meson Castellano as well!! The have a huge selection of Tenerife and Canarian Wines as well as Spanish wines, I prefer Ribera Del Duro Wines. Diningt here has always been a pleasure!!

Restaurant Mama Rosa in Playa las Americas, Tenerife, is one of my favorite restaurants when visiting Tenerife. They offer great Italian food as well as Mediterranean and international dishes! Great place to eat out, and also a nice place to start your evening before heading for the many bars and clubs in Las Americas!

I think the above restaurant is the one we visited last time in Tenerife, I know there are a few different locations of Lttle Italy. We normally stay in hotel near Los Cristianos, and last time we spent our last evening out in Little Italy. Great Pasta dishes, and Pizza good as well!

Me and my wife visit restaurant Le Bistrot D'Alain in Los Cristianos every time we are in Tenerife. It is mainly French cuisine, but absolutely gorgeous food! Bistro Alain is located in the middle of Los Cristianos, and a great place to eat out after having strolled through cosy streets in this lovely fishing village. Tenerifes best French Restaurant!

We have lived in Tenerife for 12 years. Since Restaurant La Vieja in La Caleta, Costa, Tenerife, opened we have been quite frequent visitors. Though sometimes a bit on the expensive side, you get what you pay for. Their sea food and fish is displayed as you enter the restaurant, and you can pick what you fancy. Also has a fantastic view overlooking the sea! Try it out.

Restaurant Tasca De Mi Abuelo is without doubpt the best tapas bar in Tenerife. Situated close to the bus station in Los Cristianos. The restaurant have a nice seliction of tapas, but also great main dishes. The owner, who sometimes brings out his guitar, will sit down at your table and explain what his dishes are for today! I agree with one of the previous reviews that this is one of the best tapas restaurants in Spain!

If you are looking for an idyllic fishing village in Tenerife head for La Caleta on Costa Adeje. One of our favorite sea food restaurants here is Masia Del Mar! They have a huge terrace hanging over the sea. Their sea food paella is to die for!

We were reccommended to visit Restaurante LA HOYA DEL CAMELLO in La Laguna close to Santa Cruz Tenerife. It is without doubt one of the best restaurants in Tenerife, and we heard that this is one of the restaurants that footballer from Real Madrid visit when they play matches in Tenerife.

La Fresquera Restaurant in El Camison close to Los Cristianos and Las Americas, is one of our favorite canarian restaurants in Tenerife. They have a fantastic selection of tapas and meat. And we think the service in La Fresquera is maybe better than the famous Meson Castellano next door that is always full! Try it out next time you want something new!

La Brasa restaurant in Buzanada, Arona, Tenerife is without doubt the best restaurant for steak, lamb, meat and tapas in the south of Tenerife! The ambience and style of this typical canarian restaurant is unique and cosy. It is not touristic even though if it is one of the most popular places to eat out in Arona. Shoulder of lamb is a must to try!

Il Forno is one of our favorite Italian restaurants in Los Cristianos area of Tenerife. They serve fresh pasta and great pizzas.

Restaurant El Molino Blanco is our favorite restaurant in Tenerife by far! Molino Blanco is situated in San Eugenio / Torviscas , Adeje and close to Playa de Las Americas. It is a restaurant that offers fantastic Canarian food as well as international dishes. Eating out in Tenerife has never been better than what we have experienced in Molino Blanco! Service is great! And it is a place you can bring your whole family and children without any problem!

My husband David and I are residents in Tenerife, and when your restaurant opened some years ago we added it to our list of favourites, taking many visitors to eat whenever they came to see us. Last Friday it was Davids 60th birthday so he drove down to Las Americas during the day to reserve a table for the two of us, we wanted table 20 so we thought it best to go down and see it was written down. We arrived at the appointed time of 8.30 only to be told that a large party had arrived and we had no table. There was no apology for this, and we were allowed to just leave without a word. We took our £200 up the mountain to "La Brasa" in Buzanada, but we really wanted to eat and celebrate at "Bianco" We are in two minds about ever coming to eat with you again, which is a shame as we have found your waiting staff to be very proffesional. I am sorry we can't say the same about your manager.

Haven eaten there a number of times before over the years, and just a few days before, and having enjoyed the food, we went there again on December 31.
It was very busy but there were still a few tables left.
The first surprise was the card. The food and wine was the same but all prices were increased with about 30% for new years eve. For this extra money the food was serviced much faster than usually (to clear the table as fast as possible?), and the leg of lamb was definitely smaller than before. This place was just cashing in on the last day of the year. They will never see me again.

Here the Lebanese food is wonderful, I highly recomend the maiza (Lebanese Banquet), or the Special mixed plate. On the other hand the Public relations in the main entrance is a Great guy( he knows exactly what your thinking) kudos to you Franco!! I love this place; Sammy is the best nick!!

Having been a regular customer at Bianco's over the years, I have to admit that the dining experience is not as good as it used to be.
The once excellent waiter/waitress service has been replaced with a less efficient or friendly regime - it now feels like just so much rushing around.
The eating experience has suffered also - pasta sauce now tastes more like a catering mix that something freshly made.
I will continue to go back to Bianco's in the hope that they can return to their former excellent standards, however there are plenty of alternative eatery's, even within the same complex, who's standards have not fallen.
Here's hoping that the managers at Bianco can turn things round - my wife andI have had so many memorable meals in their establishment.

Carlos restaurant is simply superb, a real delight and not to be missed. I have eaten in restaurants all over the world and in my opinion Carlos would take a lot of beatng! The owners go that extra mile to ensure that everything is to your liking, fresh food and an extensive menu. Complete value for money, superb service and a lovely ambience. This is without doubt the most fabulous restaurant in tenerife, we love it and go every time we are on holiday. go early for a cocktail at the bar before you are setted at your table as the bar staff are very entertaing even if you order a coke the still make it look wonderfull ,the staff are great and sometimes if you are lucky a magician comes to your table to entertain between courses. he is great fun for adults and children. the food is fab!! If you want a certain table go in early and book. we love to sit outside so we make sure we have booked as some nights it can get very busy. shouldnt be missed, great value looking forwrd to going back in november 09. booked my table outside already. 10/10

Superb mexican dining, do not miss it!

Excellent restaurant. Best indian food every tasted and we eat a lot of indian food. Can't wait to get out to Tenerife every year to see Michael and eat at his restaurent nearly every other night. The chicken tikka starter is excellent as is the curries, and i've worked my way down the menu and tried most of them (except the korma/passander etc.). The garlic nan is to die for. Michael is very friendly and will cook any dish requested. Can't wait to go to Tenerife next year to pay our usual visit 5 star service. You won't be disappointed.

A fashionable & elegantly decorated and nice place with a great sea view and immaculate toilets. Good food is served by very nice and well trained staff. Prices are reasonable though certainly not low from the Island's point of view unless compared with high class hotel prices in the South. We will go again and again if it doesn't decline like many do over the years.

We have tried quite a few Indian restaurants in Tenerife and this is our favourite. We always get good food and good service at a reasonable price. Excellent quality always. Would recommend it to anyone. Recommend the Chicken Shashlik - wonderful! YOU MUST GO!

We found this restaurant superb when we stayed in the hotel nearby. The food there was always gorgeous and plentiful. The fillet steak with pepper sauce made our mouths water a number of times during our stay!
The service is great, very friendly and helpful and we will definitely return if and when we come to Tenerife again.

Since Iv been working, myself, at Rani Tandoori, I know well about the food and the service.
I worked there for two years and never got tired of Michaels beautiful food.
I miss the atmosphere, the staff and all our friendly guest's who used to return yearly!
I hope to be there soon again, after the time there, Id never be able to live without curry!
And now back home in Sweden, I have tryed the indian food over here, but it can never be compared to Rani's.
So if you want to enjoy a perfect meal of indian food, on your visit to Tenerife, get yourself there!

have been to this restaurant many times,and as a lover of curry have tried most of the indians in tenerife,but we keep returning to the rani,will be in there sometime next week,food staff and atmosphere,second to none.the rani is hard to find,just look for the brumi bar it`s indoor,of the main road,close to an iberostar hotel,with a nice veiw of the bay.well worth a cheap taxi fare,just ask to be dropped at the cc pueblo canario.loc 308,and once inside tell them jimmy the barber sent you.

I ate at this restaurant a couple of time during the week I spent in Tenerife recently and I have to say the food was excellent. The menu was very varied ranging from traditional greek to international cuisine. I chose greek and was not disappointed.

Strangely enough "Valentino" tried to befriend me and invited me for a drink and a visit to his home. I declined saying "i'm sorry I dont know you and I wont be going anywhere with you" so yes be WARY OF VALENTINO.

we are regulars to Tenerife and to Restaurant Bianco for 4 years going at least twice everytime we are there. We love the food, atmosphere and staff have been very accomodating.We recently attended 15/4/09 with our nine month baby who was asleep when we entered the restaurant. We asked the compare for a table and he obliged, we also asked to have a drink outside which was nice. When we went to be seated at our table the compare abruptly told us to wait as he had give our table away! We were then seated at a table right behind a pillar with other tables very close by. There was little enough room for our pram.Food was average although it was a salad starter no sooner had you ordered than the food was put infront of you. My main course had chicken breast which was poor and things like the ornate bottles of balsamic vinegar and oils you were give to your table were replaced with cheap cafe style dispensers. band ensued too loud woke baby hot towel damp when i complain waitress stropped

My husband and I will be returning to Tenerife (Costa Adeje) for the 4th time this June, and will definately be eating at La Gran Paella on our first night! This is one of the best restaurants we've found in Tenerife.. the portions are very big, with a varied menu, and lovely sangria - you will not be dissapointed!

We have visited Puerto de la Cruz for over 20 years and Regulo is by far our favorite restaurant. The food and service are both excellent, the menu a delight and the atmosphere very special. On our arrival each year our first priority is to call in and book our tables at Regulo for the duration of our stay. Now under the ownership of Jesus Manuel Pages and his daughter Marta Pages, the standard is still as high as ever. Highly recommended !

Great restaurant for kids and adults. They make small portions of all dishes if you want. The best pizza I've ever tasted. The fillet steak was also very good. Not too expensive either.

Excellent restaurant. Try the sea bass baked in salt and you won't be disappointed. Very good service and wide variety of dishes to choose from. Lots of fish dishes but also plenty of meat dishes. It has a lovely outdoor eating area so you need a warm evening to take advantage of this. Bit chilly on an evening in February. Not the easiest of places to find but Playas de las Americas is confusing to find your way round.

This restaurant is temporarily closed until the autumn of this year, which we discovered on our last trip in January 2009, but we have eaten there on previous visits to Tenerife. It is an excellent restaurant and if you like paella then go here. I have never seen so many different kinds on a menu. The restaurant is actually on the outskirts of Adeje and not in Costa Adeje. It is best to ring them to get directions.

Very nice intimate little restaurant with good food. Not very busy when we were there but it was mid week. Varied selection of food on the menu and good service. Quite expensive but worth it.

This is a really nice unpretensious restaurant. They speak no English here so you need to have a little knowledge of Spanish and at least menu Spanish. The food was very good but huge portions and I was full up after my starter! The menu is quite limted though and not very extensive. Good service and friendly staff. The chef/owner came out to greet us when we arrived. They could do with presenting their menu in a bit more up market fashion. It was a bit like a cafe menu-rather basic. This restaurant needs a few extra little touches like fabric table cloths and candles to make it more stylish. This is a fairly new venture and I expect these things will come in time. Main thing is the food is good.

This restaurant is typically canarian. Very busy and very good food. Mainly meat on the menu - a wide variety of dishes which are cooked very well. I don't remember much fish on the menu, if any. Excellent service. We went on a Friday night and it was buzzing. Full of both locals and British ex pats and very popular with both.

If this is the same restaurant Excalibur I think it is, it was very good. My husband had grilled squid and I had sea bass. Both very good. This restaurant has a nice atmosphere and is popular with the British ex pats. The staff are very friendly. I would recommend it. Your description of location is vague. If you drive out of Cabo Blanco towards Buscanda the restaurant is on the right just before you get to Buzanda.

we visited krishna 2 indian restaurant back in jan 09 excellent food, impeccable service, very reasonable prices , huge portions with good presentation, staff looked after us superbly nothing was too much trouble for them . Most definite we will return again on our next visit in may cannot wait to taste the most authenic curry on this island, puts the other indian restaurants in the shade well done to this restaurant .

Be sure and book the teppan table for excellent fresh delicious food cooked in front of you with fantastic showmanship and after stroll over to Harvey's Bar for a few cocktails and watch the fountain light show. Lovely setting. Excellent food with quality live music. Mainly 70's. If you want a special night out with a lovely atmosphere, and are prepared to pay for it then this should certainly be concidered.

Before going to Yaiza we had been to 5 different restaurants in El Medano which varied from edible to reasonably good. Our first meal at Yaiza was so good we booked a table for the next two nights before going back to the UK, which was just as well as there was no spare tables.

The food was not only freshly prepared, but looked good and tasted superb and there were REAL vegtables included, something that seemed to be lacking in all the other restaurants - other than the canarian potatoes.

For anyone enjoying good food without it costing an arm and a leg, I am confident that they will enjoy the food in this restaurant.

THE PIZZAS ARE ONE OF THE BEST IVE TASTED IN EUROPE, I RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING TO TENERIFE TO TRY THEM

It's a while since we visited this restaurant and we had a baby and a toddler in tow. They were very accommodating to our little ones but not really a family friendly place as it was a little more intimate. Great food, service and wine list but we were concious that we had kids with us although the other diners weren't. Would definitely go back and would take the kids again as I don't see why they should experience tourist rubbish when there are great restaurants like this for them to visit. Wouldn't imagine they have a kids menu but that's not a problem for us though it maybe if your kids are fussy. Great for an intimate night out, booking advised.

Best Restaurant on Tenerife. Red Sausage and Padron Pepers are trmedous as well as Black Pudding and then there's the steak!! Superb

A delightful little restaurant which we have visited every year for 4 years now. the food is of excellent quality and the atmosphere very friendly. The steaks are superb. I would highly recommend it.

I'm surprised that no-one has reviewed this restaurant. It is the best restaurant in Tenerife and I have been to many on the Island as I am a frequent visitor. The food, location, wine list are all first class. The service is excellent - the staff really know their stuff - from the ingredients in the food to the wines. The wine list is really good - wines from around the world - as well as the best of the local vineyards, which has converted me to drinking more Tenerifan wines. 10/10 for this restaurant.

As I live in La Caleta I used to eat there regular thew food & servicewas always good until I had a lobster which was black inside I never made a fuss but did bring it to thier attension, the head waiter then took it to the chef who insisted it was ok, (would you eat black meat which is supposed to be white) I never ate it & still after dispute paid the bill which came to more than E170 but will never go back.

I have to agree with most if not all of the above, I have lived in Tenerife nearly 10 yrs and have eaten there countless times & not had a single complain whenever we have family or friends over we take them there & everyone is impressed to say the least Aroud & his wife are fantastic hosts & the staff are so friendly nothing is too much trouble very well priced & excellent all round try it.

Beautiful food quite expensive as portion sizes are not very big but food really is special. Waiters and staff are extremely freindly. Even though the rastaurant is very up market it is also very welcoming to families. You have got to try it.

We recently returned from 10 days in Los Christianos and eat three times in this restaurant. We knew of it from two previous holidays. The decor is smart and as there is a large indoor area it is very good on chilly evenings.The service is excellant, attentive and friendly. There is a wide selection of dishes available including a good selection of fish. If you have a sweet tooth try Flambe Strawberries or Flambe Banana - cooked at the table with generous measures of liquer added! I would recommend this place to anyone.

I have been to this restaurant several times and love it but recently took our very picky UK visitors with us. They are real foodies and like to know about every dish, the ingredients, how it is cooked etc. Also wine buffs. From the outside of the building you could tell they wondered where we had taken them. However they loved it, first class, never had such wonderful food in such an unusual setting.
I feel this is praise indeed as I know they can be difficult but they have already said they want to return next visit.

Excellent restaurant, Excellent food - I recommend the Lebanese banquet for a special occassion but all the food on the menu is great - I've been going to the restaurant for the past 20 years - My favourite meal is the fillet steak with mushroom sauce - Sammy the owner is now like a brother to me (what more can I say)

I love this restaurant. We were in Tenerife for 2 weeks in June and dined there 4-5 times. The food is lovely and the staff are friendly. Going back to Tenerife at the end of November and will definitely be going back to Bianco

Thi is the best tapas restaurant I have ever visted anywhere in spain. The owners come from Mainland Spain and have mixed the different Spanish cuisines to great effect. I could not list any one dish that stands out as they are all fantastic.

Whenever I visit Pueto de la Cruz, Its a must to visit my favorite Restaurant,You'l find the ambiance & service excellent. they have a full menue including international & canarian cuisine, & at the end of the evening when you receive the bill, it wiil be a lot less than you expected.Although Snr Regulo has now retired, the same high standard as been retained.

Sat down for a drink at this restaurant when here last December, finished up having Canarian Potatoes, Mussels, Garlic prawns, deserts, liquers, Me & the Wife spent a couple of hours at lunch time here, the service & food were 1st class! going back for a week in December 2008 and this is the first place we will make our way to.

I visited the "Silver Spoon" on a winter break to Tenerife last year. The food was fantastic and very good value for money. A starter, main course and wine cost 40 euros. The restaurant itself is stunning. I will definitely be going back.

For those who want excellent sea food this place is a must,but its just as nice to stop & have a coffee if out for a stroll, very friendly staff & owner another place we dont hesitate to recommend will be there

Visited this restaurant many times, from the outside it doesn't look brilliant. However inside it is traditional and comfortable with a lovely charm. If you like fast food forget it. Just relax and enjoy the friendly sevice and excellent food freshly cooked and served.

I am an Italian old lady, already retired, and for short periods of time I'm now living in Puerto de la Cruz. My friends, believe me: 'la Rosa di Bari' is the only restaurant in Puerto that may be called 'Italian restaurant'. Giorgio, the Chef, still gives me the flavours of my youth even with his creative new recipes! Moreover, there is Juan who guarantees the warmest atmosphere. I strongly reccomend you to go and try. My husband and I were recommended Antonia's and I agree with Tim, it is fantastic, so different than most o the other restaurants in the area. The restaurant is very ordinary on the outside and the use of the word "cafe" leads to an impression of exactly that!The decor is so different.The staff are friendly and helpful,The beef (which I have had several times ) is to die for! Bistro de Ives offers delicious dishes at an affordable price. This is fine cuisine, carefully presented. You can enjoy a three course menu for about 14 euros; the quality is excellent, and although some dishes are better than others, the good ones are absolutely top. Friendly atmosphere and good service.

Hi, I stayed at hacienda del sol for 2 weeks (5-19july) me and my cousin loved this restaurant, it was right next 2 our hotel and the food is delicious. The variety is so big!! and u cnt go wrong with anythin u order!!
I was in love with the tacos!! we ate here nearly everyday! the staff are sooooo nice, the bar man wud greet us and he wud no our normal seats....the waiter was really nice was aswelll. as we r indians there is an indian worker hu wud sing hindi songs which was so funny. wen i go next yr American dreamz is gna be my regular dining place again!

This restaurant is well worth finding. Tucked away from the main road parking is plentiful round about. The food is cooked to perfection, with superb presentation. The service is excellent and you are put under no pressure. The cost is about 25-30 euros per head. A very enjoyable experience.

This is probally the Best restaurant I have ever dined at and I can tell you I have dined at many.
A great friend of mine Steve Buckley (who has sadly passed away aged 53) found Antonia Cafe by mistake recommended it and it has been the best place ever.
Arnaud is the best host you will ever find and the food is to die for, Arnaud will assist you in you choice of food, drink and even the cocktails.
I will be back in June 08 and will dine the at least 8 times over my two week holiday.
If you have the pleasure to go visit the wine cellar it is impressive and do not be scared the prices are reasonable.
Cannot wait to be back, not sure if it is a good idea to recommend as if to many people hear about it the may be no tables available for me.

We visited this resturant last October and had the most fantastic evening, serenaded by the waiters, ate the most delicious food and had the most romantic evening of our whole holiday. The service was first class and we cannot wait to go back there nex week on the 29th of May for my husband's birthday. To sit right on the side where the sea is and look out to the ocean was amazing.

What a superb restaurant. Fabulous location, good friendly service, terrific food quality and pretty good value for money. We have been using it for years and love it! You will not be disappointed.

Me and my wife visited this place after being recomened on our first night in tenerife... we then tried a few other places but none compare... the food is great, fantastic, amazing!!! its the cheapest place we could find anywhere!!! and boy o boy the portions were big the name say's it all!!!!!! try the t- bone steak lol my wife was suprised when it came lol... we ate there 7 nights out of 10 and when we go back we will eat there 10 nights out of 10!!! o and the staff are great there and alot of people who eat there reside there. the que to get a table is worth the wait!!! any good taxi driver will know how to find la gran pealla!!!

This is one of my favourite restaurants in Los Cristianos. We never fail to visit anytime we are in the resort, sometimes twice per visit. The lamb dish for two, and the special beef casserole are wonderful, as is their 1/2 roast chicken, chips and salad.

Took my girlfriend here on valentines day while on holiday from the UK. The food was excellent - there was even a good range of vegetarian dishes on the menu (which isn't so common in Tenerife!). Wine was good and although the service on the night didn't feel quite as attentive and welcoming as it could have been the food and surroundings made up for it. We both thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely recommend.

Great restaurant, excellent food, everything homemade even down to whipped cream on the desserts, no canned cream here. Very good and friendly service. We usually stay in the Costa Adeje area. Been to most of the good restaurants in this area and this is one of the best, well worth the taxi fare. Looking forward to going back when we visit Tenerife in May 2008.

An absolute must that you visit this Fantastic Restaurant. The staff are most pleasant and make you feel comfortable they are also prepared to explain the dishes on the menu. The food is a credit the Chefs and all their hard work.
Try the 1/2 leg of Lamb, which is certainly a talking point. The Kebabs are excellently cooked to perfection, as is the Fish dishes.
We do not have a starter so we can hopefully try the sweets but we have always been too full.
The waiters always serve with a smile, which makes for a very pleasant evening.
Well worth the money.

Me and my sister recently visted tenerife and we found this to be a great place to start of the evening, the food is great as you could tell with it being packed out all night. The drinks were more reasonably priced than other bars in the area and the resident band were fantastic to get you in the mood for a night out. We'll be returning next year.

Found this restaurant on the internet before visiting Tenerife and went back twice, fabulous food and lovely surroundings, wouldn't hesitate to recommend, which in fact I have already. The couple who run it are great hosts and are very passionate about what they do which shows in everything about the place. A must try when in Tenerife.

This restaurant is a consistent gem.We ate here on Christmas Day
2007 and again on January 2nd. On both occasions the menu was
interesting and the both the quality of food and presentation excellent
. Roast quail, lamb with beans , jugged hare all excellent. Tarte tatin
and pear tart both great. I had hoped to have again fillet of lamb with
tarragon sauce that appeared on the menu in 2006. It was awfully
good , but alas it wasn't on the current menu. This was my only
disappointment . Service by all the staff there is first rate and the
young Thai(?) man who has taken on the role on Maitre is a great
credit to the place. In the ten years that I been eating here at
christmas and new year , which is the only time I get to Tenerife,
Bistrot D'Alain has never disappointed , except when I can't get in .
Do go there.

Excellent food - Chateaubriand Santiago is a must! And staff was very friendly & service was good.

visited krishna 2 tandoori restaurant situated next to the hotel las siesta in playa las americas, located upstairs level of the city centre, group of 8 went and were blown away by the quality and service excellant food and obviously cooked by REAL indian chefs, staff certainly know there job and food, recommended various dishes to our group and they were spot on so much so that we went back 4 times during our stay has to be said that this restaurant is by far the best indian restaurant i (and the group all agreed) have ever been to and eaten, curries in uk could not even compere, will definetely be going back again on our return to tenerife check this restaurant out you will not regret it, from the setting to the food you will not eat better during your stay

Having eaten at the old lodge over the last few years, I was disappointed to find that the owners have taken over the day to day running of the bar thus causing the service & friendliness to suffer. When my family was here last xmas we had a fantastic xmas dinner which was made special by the way we were treated by the manager & staff at the time. I thought we had found the perfect place for our future visits so you can imagine our disappointment on returning to find that everyone has been forced to leave due to pennypinching which is reflected throughout the bar but more so by the fact that the people in charge have no idea how to provide a fun yet efficient atmosphere.

Best Indian we've ever been to. Doesn't look much but food is fantastic. We went twice. Only downside is that it is obviously a family run business and the mother sits by the bar at a table with a grumpy face. Everyone else is really helpful though.

Ok. Nice & clean. Nice breakfasts & lunhc, haven't tried night. Staff could do with a smile on their faces every now and then but generally good.

I have eaten at this restaurant on several occasions and it is without a doubt, the best on Tenerife. The food is fantastic, the service excellent and friendly - I just wish it was closer to Golf del Sur!

Visited this restaurant last week with my family. We all ordered pizza, and the large is more like an english extra large!
The kids had loads of extra toppings, which the staff were more than happy to do.
The meal didn't cost a whole lot either, but it was delcious from start to finish! Definitely go for a visit here if youre in alcala.

I have been going to Darrells since it opened 2 & 3 times a year when on holiday and i have always had lovely meals. Home made lasagne and proper vegetable (not out of a frozen packet ) My grandson sometimes has fish fingers and these are also home made not bought from the supermarket.
If you want a quality meal and very friendly staff then this is the place to go. The singer Darrell is also very good so stick around and hear him sing.

Top-class restaurant. Food is great and waiters are very efficient, your wine glass won't be allowed to get empty! Perfect for a romantic meal.

We go here every year and have done for the past 4 years. It is a family-run Chinese. The food is fantastic and the family who own the place are lovely. You get free wine with your meal and the staff go out of their way to help you.

I am going to tenerife this tuesday and after shopping at san euginio shopping centre I will be heading straight for this restaraunt. I have been going for the last 13yrs and it is undoubtbley the best value for money in las americas.
The dishes are very varied , and the quality of the food and portion sizes are fantastic value for money .the service and prices bring myself and my family back year after year to the extent that with all the choice of restaraunts in the area we went for 3 weeks and literally ate their every lunch time and sometime sin the evening such is the quality of the food . when other restaraunts in the novenber period area looking for trade you have to queue to get into this place and it is worth the wait .
It would niot be the same resort for me if this reataraunt was not... here long may it be.

This is a very chic establishment, located in a developing yet characterful village of La Caleta. The staff are friendly and efficient and birthday parties held at the establishment are given that little something extra to make the occasion special for all ages. The quality of the food is always very high, the staff attentive and the owners seem to have got the interviewing of candidates right for their establishment as all the employees are a pleasure to deal with. The bonus is the view overlooking the sea towards La Gomera. The sunsets can be excepional at certain times of the year. For parents there is in close proximity a childrens' playground.
To conclude, it has the view, it provides very good food, excellent friendly service and child friendly in an unspoilt spanish environment where there are not too many "brits on holiday".

We enjoyed Christmas and New Year meals and entertainment last year and have booked again this year. All staff and other residents and visitors made us very welcome. The food was excellent and a good party atmosphere made for excellent nights out.
We look forward to our visits this year.

Were made feel very welcome from the moment we walked in till the moment we left. Menu handwritten in Spanish only, but staff so helpful there was no problem in deciphering the dishes. Delicious. Bar area also if you want a nightcap before returning home. Lots of locals frequent. Alway a good sign. Would DEFINITELY return.
